I ordered a part for a stove. The same day I received an e mail stating the item was not on stock. Then went to say were unable to tell me when available. Then next day received another mail stating how soon and when . This was great as other sites don't do that for they just say sorry no stock.

The website is good & was really easy to navigate & find the part that I needed. Selection & payment was fast & easy. Received confirmation email & the part the following day! My order was very well packaged too! Thank you.

The Sales Assistant knew what he was talking about. He was able take my description, and went to a database and specified measurements so that I could confirm compliance. Spare was delivered within time specified. Excellent I recommend them.

I recently ordered two parts in separate orders and both were delivered next day. Exactly as ordered.

I found the sales person I spoke to was not at all product knowledgable. I also found there were not enough images of the product held in stock. Overall... not a very satisfactory online and tellephone experince because I ended up taking a guess at what I needed and bought the wrong item.

Needing a thermostat for a storage heater that Dimplex no longer stock, I got almost an immediate on-line response identifying the stock number. Ordered on-line, received email confirmation and following day an email giving me time slot when it would arrive and it did. The delivery driver said they were a good firm for him. Excellent service, no installed and working. On line order form didn't go well - seemed to be stuck in a loop at one point. Didn't take notes so can't identify the problem.
