Service quick and very efficient. Price was OK also. What annoyed me was that I was charged £8 postage & packing for a very small and light package in a jiffy bag.
left on line message to UK Spares and received online reply next day. Placed order on line and received product next day from a delivery service company that kept me advised re time of delivery online. Would recommend. The best supplier I have used for this type of item.

Despite the very high delivery price for a small heating element the package has still not arrived and is nearly two days late. Furthermore I`m the one chasing the package, UK spares not interested
The fan heater wouldn't turn off. Quick look inside showed seesaw pull switch had snapped. Called epares and was expertly advised of part and ordered online later same day. Arrived fast and was easy to fit. Fan heater now back to full function. £8 to fix compared to £37 for new heater. Great.
