I was having difficulty finding replacement bulbs for our Optimyst stove. Within minutes of emailing I received a reply confirming they had them in stock. Using the online site I ordered replacements and received them in very quickly. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent service from this company. Speedy delivery with e mail updates. Although I'm mot returning my item the return/refund procedure is straight forward. No complaints on this product. Easy to fit and a good range of selections to choose from. This has made a big difference to how the water pressure feels on a low watt shower unit.

Was not able to track one of them contacted UK spares by e-mail got an almost instant reply with further tracking details so very happy. The price was very good but some of the delivery charges could be looked at as all goods do not need to come by courier.
