Although the part I ordered was sent very quickly, the P&P was far too expensive and the part it's self was very over priced. I feel that UK Spares are taking advantage of the fact this part was not available elsewhere and so can and have charged what they wanted. I have rated you with 0ne star but based on price and not service. David

I ordered a fire part online and in a couple of hours received an email from a named person advising me that the part was out of stock, and could take 7-10 days. No payment would be taken until I'd confirmed I wanted to proceed, which I did, and the part arrived in 4 days. That's far better service than I'm used to at spares counters!

Ordered a part, website said part was available and paid for delivery of the part. Then was emailed and advise part is not instock but would be delivered within 5-7 days, had to chase on day 7 to be advised still not available and would be delivered as soon possible still not got the part...therefore not a great experience so far and hoping i do not have to use them again.. Need to be more transparent with you stocking issues on your website and also honest and open about stock on tour website

I was needing a quick supply of Heatrae thermostats to keep our staff of 45 supplied with hot water. I ordered a fairly obscure part for a storage heater. The next morning they contacted me to explain it wasn't in stock and would take 7 to 10 days. I was given the choice of waiting or cancelling and they didn't process my payment until after I had decided! Goods arrived in 7 days as promised. Excellent. Honest, fair and do what they say. What more can you ask from an Internet purchase?
