When asked, advice was given very promptly and was accurate. After ordering the part required online, which was without any problem, delivery was extemely quick and within the time window of one hour advised. Although prices are comparable with other suppliers I would use UK - Spares again because of their good service.

I ordered a replacement part for a Dimplex Optimyst Fire, not knowing if it would really make any difference but as the other reviews said it did and I am very happy with the service and have reccommeded UK Spares to all of my work collegues who have similar fires.
I never give full marks but Uk spares dis everything they said they would. I will be using them again. Better prices than rivals too.
