Easy company to deal with and a very good landlord insurance product. No experience of their claims process and hopefully I never will.
Been with this company for 4 years without any issues, not had to claim fortunately so no idea on claims process. Always answered phone quickly and it's not a premium number.
Very straightforward quoting and buying process. My only criticism is that it was not obvious that the "correspondence address" must be the billing address, and there is no way to change this once you have reached the payment stage.
Excellent service, great staff and very competitive on price and I will now be changing all my properties to Rent Guard when they are due. Considerably cheaper than the competitron
I find this an extremely frustrating process which we had normally dealt with on behalf of our landlords and I know from speaking to Mr Wright that he was just as exasperated to deal with something that we normally did for him. He actually asked me if we could use another company rather than go through the rigmarole each time the insurance was due. we have landlords abroad who will not be able to go through this process with rentguard so will probably find that we will have to get another company. It is not even allowed for us to process on behalf of our landlord given permission to act on their behalf as far as I was led to understand at least no information was given to me regarding this issue, and I'm afraid the person/agent on rentguards side had very little customer care nor patience so found this totally and utterly a poor experience. I am led to believe that this is a change in the rules in the industry but wouldnt it be nice if that had been explained at the time of the change to save the frustrations.
Very simple application process and intuitive website made the obtaining over cover as easy as it could be.
Took several Phone calls to sort out a simple Renewal kept being told different things told on 3 occasions would be called Back as an issue with system Had to ring again to sort call handlers not very professional or aware of what they are doing. Perhaps just my experience but not a good one

Efficient, courteous service.
Called me every day, didn't leave a message, I recognised the number. When a message was left it was not clear the person was uninterested, mumbling. If you call leave a message. The person I spoke to was also uninterested. I had to call to check my renewal had been accepted.

Just renewed policy as expected sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable and easy process. Hope not but the real review will come out if i have to make a claim against this insurance policy when true colours are displayed.
Staff were friendly and helpful going through the details of the products available with patience. They always make the process easy and provide and excellent service.
