Rude and unhelpful. I'm looking to purchase a Rent Guarantee insurance but Yasim the consultant refused to listen to my to current situation and insisting I've to determine the 4 point check myself. If I could do that myself, I would have purchase the insurance directly from your website instead of wasting my time on the phone and being spoken to so rudely. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge even at the outset. After reading the reviews below, I've decided to look elsewhere.
Straight forward and efficient
Price was competitive, but would be nice if Rentgauard could offer landlords a combined policy for contents, liability and non payment of rent.
Although I have not had to use the insurance, the process of gaining the cover is very easy and the staff very helpful. The insurance does provide a very valued peace of mind.

Awful claims experience. Over 2 month from submitting a claim to having a law firm appointed. Staff take over a week to reply to simple emails and the restriction on claims dedlines makes working with tenants to resolve arrears impossible

Poor service from start to finish. Departments that don't communicate with each other, happy to charge you for cover without telling you whether it's actually valid or not.
