Great price and service but cannot give 5 stars as the website states "No cancellation charges to your funeral plan money at any time" However the small print on the policy itself says £195.00 Admin fee, should you choose to cancel. I don't expect false advertising from a not for profit organisation, surely that is against their whole ethos.
I bought this funeral policy at a very competitive price knowing I would need it , later rather than sooner ! Very friendly and efficient service from their admin team. What’s not to like.
The NFPFP staff guided me smoothly through their procedure, confidently responding to my questions to leave me with no doubts. There was a minor name spelling hiccup on the formal certificate I received but that was corrected immediately, without any hassle or further delay. I believe that all of these "plans" will utilise the same or similar local Funeral Director services so it really does come down to presentation and price. NFPFP were the best and I had researched four of them.

I had been looking for quite a long time to purchase a funeral plan, but couldn't decide who to go for. Then I saw your advert online and decided to give it a try and I can honestly say I'm pleased I did. I couldn't have had better service, the plan was easy to set up and the staff that dealt with me were very pleasant and helpful, not at all pushy like I had experienced in the past.
