My Wife and I have for some time been considering taking out funeral plans, basically to ease the financial burden on our family. WHICHFUNERALPLAN has given us considerable guidance on the right plans for us, saving us £100 per plan plus a further £50 for offering two plans. We have spoken to John on three occasions; he is very easy to talk too, during what are sensitive issues. We feel fully justified in making our decision.

Which Funeral Plans website is very easy to use and they responded quickly to my enquiry. The advice and assistance given by John helped my husband and I make the decision as to which plan to choose so much simpler, and the courtesy call to confirm receipt of forms and that everything was completed correctly was very reassuring.

Spent quite a bit of time searching market for best solution, found Whichfuneralplans and was very pleased with their service. Discussed options, was guided towards best plans for my situation and got a discount to boot. Can't say I'm looking forward to plan activation, but at least the family will get support when the time comes.

Planning your own funeral isn't usually at the top of many peoples priority list but my wife and I decided to move it to the top of ours. We got quotes from local funeral services and also looked on the internet. Being a Which subscriber I looked to see what they had to offer. With Which Funeral Planning Services I was able to use my preferred local funeral services but at a considerable discount. It was a no-brainer, I chose Which. I came across Whichfuneralplans web site whilst searching for various pre-paid plans and took a chance and made contact with them,(a) because of the number of different companies they listed and (b) because of the detailed information that was given,Best thing I ever did,left my details and the very next day received a telephone call by one of their representatives named John,a very knowledgeable and very pleasant and helpful man who answered all my questions, I chose a funeral plan provider and was informed that my choice was good and all the relevant paper work was sent to me by whichfuneralplans and included a free phone number to enable me to contact them with further questions and there was also a return pre-paid envelope for me to return My completed application form,no pressure,just honest and informative help,thank you John,and whichfuneralplans

From my initial contact everything was made easy. My request for a call back was answered within minutes. Over the telephone I received information about the various options available and was able to comment on them. The following day I received an information pack and an application form. The information in the pack confirmed the various plans discussed previously; the application form was very easy to complete. Two days after returning the completed application form I received a telephone call confirming its receipt and that everything was in order. Overall I believe I received excellent service and would recommend Which Funeral Plans to anyone considering purchasing one.

Very helpful staff

It must be five weeks since I returned the documents to Which, who were quick to acknowledge receipt. Golden Leaves, who the plan is with, is another matter. All I have received from them is a copy of the Direct Debit so I can confirm it is correct. I feel they are waiting for the first payment before the send any plan details in case I try to cancel within the specified time, therefore ensuring that I cannot. If they ever send the plan I will check and finalise the details, if not, at least it's paid for.
