The sending of information and application forms is highly efficient together with immediate answering of queries on the phone. I would recommend Which Funeral Plans to any friend or relative.

I spoke to John who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped my wife and I choose the appropriate funeral plans for us. We had been dithering and he put our minds at rest by answering all our questions on a difficult subject. Would recommend this company to anyone confused by the range of pre-paid plans on line.

I telephoned Which Funeral Plan as James and I had been thinking about making things easier for our families for sometime., remembering his daughter lives some 500 hundred miles away. Now we have actually made the decision to take out the plan we are so relieved that all the pressure is off and will be for the families in the future.

We are going through the process of purchasing 2 funeral plans ,after an email to Which,i received a phone call very soon after,the gentleman was very helpful and polite,within 2 days we received the forms to fill in which I did,there was a couple of questions I wanted to ask so I rang left a message as they were busy at the time, within 10 minutes I received a phone call back,i asked what I wanted to know and what I needed to know was explained perfect,so finished filling out the very simple forms .put the cheque in and mailed it,the very next day I received a phone call back to say that they had received my forms etc,how good is that,excellent I would call it,so anyone looking to do this I would recommend this company to go through.

We ( myself and my better half ) decided we needed to sort out our big departure day so as not to leave our sibling's with any doubt as to what to do when the time comes . After a good look at lots of plans we decided to look closer at the Which plan . It was then we spoke to John who was very understanding and asked us a few ideas as to our wishes , He then offered to send a broacher with some plans that may offer our wishes . after looking at the offers we decided to go with the one we thought was all we needed . John was very helpful and understanding and swiftly got us our preferred plan at a good price and also with 12 months interest free payments , This was very much a good idea we had and recommend anyone to look at the options on offer . Ploughing through all the funeral plans, and getting more and more confused, especially as we have a burial plot in another county, WhichfunerPlan sorted this out efficiently, expertly explaining everything so simply. Felt relieved to have sorted it all out and was left without anymore worries. Would recomment this service to anyone.

we found John ( our contact ) to be easy and pleasant to talk to and explained everything to our satisfaction. Most importantly he always returned a call. If we were told he would ring us he did and not many people do that these days.

We decided to take out funeral plans for both of us so our daughters did not have the worry or the expense of a funeral when we eventually leave this world. (Not yet I hope). Which Funeral Plans were very easy to deal with and quickly came up with suitable plans for us at a very competitive price. Very pleased so far with the servive given

I have 3 main points to make regarding this company a) I never had a call to this company answered by a person (it was always an answer-phone) but I would concede that they did phone me back quite soon , so I suppose it could save you money on your phone bill b) Difficult to be sure about which company ( whichfuneralplan or goldencharter) were at fault but a few problems certainly arose, resulting in more phone calls to sort it out. c) My last point is that I had to phone them up to ask why I had not received my £100 discount for each plan, although, give them their due, they paid it into my bank account that same day.

When I placed my initial enquiry I stated my working hours and asked that I was not disturbed whilst at work. This was fully respected and I they contacted me during my lunch break. So nice to deal with a company that delivers what it promised.
