I was very impressed with Not For Profit Funeral Plans. They were friendly and helpful, I spoke to them on several occasions and they are by far the best value for money out of all the similar companies. They are not at all pushy unlike some other firms I spoke to who insisted on knowing why I hadn't purchased one of their products I had to arrange my mother's funeral last year so I know how prices increase over the years. My plan purchased from Not For Profit Funeral Plans cost virtually the same as the plan my mother took out in 2008!

looked around for the best advice and package, and couldn't find better than NFP. John was very calm and understanding of our requirements, and gave me some better ideas for what we needed. The certificate arrived within a couple of days which needed an amendment... that was done straight away and a new certificate sent out immediately. overall a great service. would certainly recommend.

I found the there was no hard sell, as with one company I had spoken to. the conversation was pleasant and helpful and I came to the conclusion this was simple and easy and friendly and the contract was set out just as it was stated over the phone.

Having looked at several funeral plans and what they offered, I came to the conclusion that NFPFP offered the best value for money plan. The application process was very straight forward and the service received was first class. I can highly recommend this Company.
I can only comment on the purchase of this plan; others will have to say how it comes to fruition! The staff I dealt with were open and friendly, without being pushy and gave a personal service, although being very competitively priced. In spite of this the process of setting it up was very straight forward.

Excellent service - no hard sell which would have put me off straight away. Paul was excellent during our phone calls. All my questions were answered and nothing was too much bother for him. No frills which is exactly what I wanted, very simple to understand and the price is right!
Asking questions, confirming requirements and setting up the Plans was very easy and without hassle. Making the very acceptable payments was simple and our Plans arrived quickly in the post. Hopefully we will not use them for a while. I am recommending "Not for profit" plans to our friends.
