After doing some research on the internet, we decided to purchase two funeral plans for myself and my wife. The Not For Profit funeral plans offer exceptional value for money compared to other plans on the market. The process for purchasing them was very easy all done via the website, we paid initial deposit and we were contacted a few days later to arrange final payment at my convenience. The whole process from start to end was easy and straight forward, could communications from the company. I would highly recommend these policies to all.

Great service and price. I was about to buy another plan but did another check online and found Not For Profit Funeral Plans and saved over £600 and got a following limousine as well. They explained you have to go direct to them so no middle men or comparison sites taking commissions from my plan. Feel really happy that I found them and have my plans in place.

I had applied and talked to other companies regarding a funeral plan only to hassled and pressured. Which Funeral Plan were very helpful and talked me through my wishes.. gave me time to think about it without any sales pitch and pressure phone calls. When I made an enquiry with this company, I received a very prompt phone call to refine my needs so that they could send out the best information. There was no hard sell - I hate attempts to put pressure on me & was most impressed with the person who made the call. I was able to take my time making my decision without being badgered to do so. Information is clear with adequate detail but without too much of the usual ‘small print’. Very straightforward so was delighted with the service I received.

Received documentation quickly easy to complete and received phone call day after I posted confirming it was all in order.

Pack sent as request, phone call received to check I was happy. Still to receive confirmation from funeral company. Would give 5 * but will not ever know end results.
