Our mum has Alzheimers & is in a care home so we knew we had to do a funeral plan on her behalf so that everyone knows her wishes when the time comes. All we wanted was a simple cremation, no fancy coffin ,one following car & all the fees included. I did an online comparison quote & was inundated with hard sell calls al of which were trying to sell me 'extras' etc. I then saw Not For Profit Funerals advertised , read their reviews (all of which were positive) & decided to give them a try. It was so easy, you start with a basic price & add exactly what else YOU want extra. I just filled in a form, got a price which was far lower than any others we were quoted. I had a follow up call from John who confirmed what we needed & he sent out a brochure, no hard sell at all. Once we'd decided it was the plan we wanted , I called John & it was all done over the phone. So simple. A few days later, the documents arrived , a copy for the care home too with everything listed. I had a call from Paul about a week later to check that they had arrived & to contact them should we wish to change anything in the future. When you are making plans for a loved one, you do not want to be pressurised into buying something you do not need, by doing it early we were able to make an informed choice in our own time without being overcome with grief . I would definitely recommend Not For Profit Funerals, they listened to what we wanted & delivered it without harassing me. Thank you

The customer service is excellent with the plan explained in straight forward language. The process is easy to follow and simple to compleat. The operative I spoke to answered all my questions in full. I recommend this plan to anyone deciding to have a funeral plan in the future.

John and Paul were very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Once we had purchased the funeral plan the certificate arrived the next day and we had a follow up call to check all was correct.They made the process very smooth for myself and my elderly mother and I would recommend them both on price and customer service.

After contacting your company for advice about taking out a funeral plan, I was contacted by John who asked what I wanted from the plan and he talked me through what was available, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, he made a recommendation based on what I had told him and I subsequently applied for the plan which he had suggested. Following my purchase of a funeral plan John in got in touch to make sure that I was happy with the plan. I would definitely recommend this company based on the service which I received and the wide range of plans which were available to me.

This was just right, a simple funeral plan which covers everything I wanted. Staff were fantastic, answered everything I asked but didn’t hound me for business like other funeral companies. First class. I feel I’ve done as much as I can towards my funeral to help my family though hope I don’t need to use the plan for some while yet. Thank you team.

Very impressed with the administration and ease the sign up was. I will expect that when the time comes for the Funeral plan to be enacted that this standard of professionalism will be as good.

Great value for money. Gives me everything I need at much less than other traditional plans. Easy to contact and set up, certificate issued and if I move to a different area, I just need to let them know so that a new certificate can be issued for a local funeral parlour - no extra charge. I'm very happy with this service.

Not only the most economic for the plan I was looking for but helpful and friendly. I wanted something that came into immediate effect with the cost spread over a couple of months. Not for profit provided, I now have arrangements with a local firm.
