Very quick easy and comfortable to deal with

This seems a reallyt comprehensive service at a very fair price though fortunately I have not had to claim on it yet. The information given was helpful and while complete freedom of choice is not a feature - with out an "upgrade", the options offered as to final arrangement locations seem very fair. The whole procedure was very easy and the follow through quite through. Very competitive vs other funeral artrangers.

Not the cheapest but excellent service

I'm delighted with the Funeral Plans for my wife and I . Not For Profit covers all the expenses of the cremation and at the same time , the plans are much cheaper than anyone else. They are also nice friendly people to deal with and I highly recommend them. I now have peace of mind , glad I did it, and now, all we have to do ,is enjoy the rest of our lives.

Having carried out some research into funeral plans I came across ‘Not for Profit’. I sent of for details which they posted to me and arrived within a few days. Having studied all the information I then contacted them to as further questions. I found them to be very helpful polite and courteous and they made no attempt to sell me or persuade me to purchase anything. Having then made up my mind I completed the paperwork which was all straight forward and posted it off to them. Within a week I had both mine and my husbands plans posted back to us with everything duly completed. So straight forward and something else ticked off the list. Many thanks

Taking out a funeral plan with 'Not for profit' was simplicity itself. We telephoned the number on their website and it was a matter of moments to set up the plan. An added bonus was that we didn't even have to pay the full cost immediately but were able to spread the cost over a limited period of time to suit ourselves. This plan was also the cheapest we found. The member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and even telephoned us after the plan was set up to ask if we'd received the paper work. Highly recommended.

We were recommended not for profit funeral plan by a relative so sent of an email asking for more information.We received an information pack the very next day which contained a booklet and forms to fill in if we wished to proceed.The information in the booklet was very easy to understand and the forms just as easy to fill in.We received a phone call from the company once they had received our form to check that we were happy to go ahead with the plan and shortly afterwards received our plan certificates( as we took out a joint plan my wife and myself received two separate certificates ).Before we took out this plan we did look at other funeral plans and found this one to be very good value for money and the service we have received has been excellent.Having the funeral plan has given us peace of mind knowing that our family do not have to worry about arranging anything on our behalf.

I looked at reviews of funeral plans before choosing the Not for Profit Plan, mainly because it offered the best value. I have not been disappointed, as the service has been quick, friendly and efficient, with a couple of follow-up calls to ensure that I am satisfied with the plan. Of course, I won't be alive to find out how it works out in practice, but it is reassuring to have a plan in place, and I appreciate the helpful follow up. Wendy Scott

It has been a nightmare trying to research the best option in respect of planning for my funeral. Over 50's style insurance or pre-paid funeral? Comparing all the different options and levels of cover led to total brain fog. After hours on the phone and online researching all options I discovered 'Not For Profit Funerals'. They offered FULL funeral cover, ALL costs included for a price that totally blew away every other quote. I paid up front but they do offer a payment plan. They offer only two plans both of which are normal full funeral service, none of the 8am, 10 minute packages offered by some. Both plans can be added to when the time comes if needs or wishes change. Our local crematorium will be used and a local named Undertaker has been allocated. The gent that I dealt with could not have been more pleasant or helpful throughout our dealings. Of course I will not be here to report on how well it all went on the day but fingers crossed !

It was a quick and very easy process. When compared to other prices from other providers it was the best on a like for like basis. Why pay more? My family will not have to find and pay for a funeral. Piece of mind at a sad time.

Quick easy great price recommended

Planning our own funerals was a bit of a worry but I contacted Not For Profit Funeral Plans and received all the information needed, filled out the forms and returned them and had a phone call the next day to say all was fine and going ahead, we received our certificates within a week. We are so relieved that everything is taken care of. The service we received has been excellent throughout, friendly and efficient people to deal with, would certainly recommend them to others.

I purchased my funeral plan originally through a different company after giving them details of the funeral directors I wished to use and they said they could sort this out. When the certificate came through it was an unknown company so I asked why they did this. They wanted another £800 on top of the original amount to use my preferred undertakers so I got my money back in the nick of time. I then contacted Not for Profit who have been very helpful. They were honest from the start advising that they didn’t deal with the funeral directors that I wanted but am happy with the one they suggested. This company is £1000 cheaper than the previous quote and I have two cars to follow the hurst not just one. I chose the basic coffin as it is going to be a cremation. I feel so much more at ease now knowing my children won’t have to worry,it’s like a load off my shoulders and theirs too. Thank you Paul for all your assistance.
