Surveyed a few funeral plans but settled on not for profits.Quick responce by phone and asked for details. After reading through the brochure decided to go ahead. services on offer were equal to other providers but considerably cheaper. Purchased my plan and received all the details promptly. Very pleased.

My wife and I have got to that age were we felt we needed to make some arrangements. Doing some research found many company's out there which offer prepaid funeral survive plans. I found Not For Profit on line and spent some time looking into the company. After reading their options and costs and asking them to use our local requested undertaker as the appointed provider, we felt happy this has been handled in proficient way. We feel the service was unpressured, friendly and informative and would recommend this service to friends and family. All people interested in setting up theses types of plan should do very careful checks and research before committing, as there not all the same.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Not for Profit Funeral Plans. John who I dealt with was informative and polite. He was happy to put me in touch with the local funeral director who was named in my plan. After my initial enquiry there were no, "High pressure" telephone calls pushing me to make a decision, rather I was left to make up my mind in my own time. I found this very refreshing and a contrast to many other firms in the market we do seem to use these methods. Once I had decided to proceed all the paperwork was processed, and, my plan certificate sent out very quickly and with everything in order. Most importantly the price paid seemed from my research to be the best value around for the package offered especially considering the very large sums being charged for funerals today. I was completed satisfied with Not for Profit Funeral Plans, and, my partner is now planning to take out his own plan with them. For myself they combined good value for money for a comprehensive package, and, great customer service.

We researched at least 5 companies for our Funeral Plan . Not for Profit were by far the best for information and ease of taking out the plan. There was absolutely no pressure , we were given all the information and costings without any hassle. We now have a plan the covers all my needs with a local Funeral Director who we by chance know very well . The price was excellent and we would highly recommend this company

Excellent service quick to do over the phone.

We researched a few funeral plans and spoke with some of them. Overall, the "Not for Profit" team were very clear in the information they gave, eg., how the costing works, how the plan itself would come into effect, importantly, how the money paid in advance was held for future security. I have to say that most of the other people we spoke with did not push too much to accept their plans but with the "Not for Profit" team, it was much more relaxed. We were able to pay for it in 3 instalments without any problems from them and once paid, the team made sure that we knew it was all sorted and that the policy was then fully in force. Very good customer support.

I found this company to be very helpful and certainly knew how to deal with what can be a challenging subject. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you John and your colleagues.
