I am sceptical about all online businesses. After trying to be sold a plan on Andover market and being told not to buy off anyone online for various reasons. I decided to do some research and came up with WHICH FUNERAL PLANS LTD. I got the same plan as offered on the market but saved £350.00 YES THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS. So far I am unable to fault them, very helpful and unbiased. Shame I wont be around to see the finale.

Just filled in forms and sent off, received phone call saying it had been received.

I dealt with different staff, both of whom were friendly and efficient. Notes of queries and requests are kept on file so that everybody is up to speed when contact is subsequently made again. Knowledgeable staff, nothing too much trouble, phone calls returned as promised

Very easy and straight forward forms to fill in and will save a lot of distress to my family. We had been thinking about it for a long time then I saw the sight on the internet and within a week it was all arranged apart from the final papers.
