I was considering purchasing a funeral plan for my mother and I had received details of plans from several providers. After discussing the plans and associated prices with a relative, they suggested I should do some more research online and I found 'Which Funeral Plans' on a well known search engine and telephoned to ask for an information pack. My overall experience has been extremely positive. The gentleman I spoke with was considerate and handled my enquiry with great efficiency, posting brochures and application paperwork which arrived the next day. He made a follow up telephone call to confirm receipt of the paperwork by me and again to confirm his receipt of my completed application forms and payment. He also asked the chosen plan provider to contact me as soon as they had received the paperwork forwarded by him. As well as great service I saved a considerable sum by purchasing our chosen plan through 'Which Funeral Plans'. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

The Which part in all of this was quick, efficient and friendly. I have applied for a Golden Leaves policy and wait to see how fast their part of the setting up process will be,

I have recently bought a Funeral Plan along with my wife through Which Funeral Plans. Having read other reviews I noted that people spoke very highly of John Lecomber. I can wholeheartedly support that view. I had found 'Which' on the Internet and E Mailed for information. Within minutes John rang me to enquire how he could help me, and between us we indentified the package that I needed. It came in the post by 1st class post. I completed the application and sent it off and 2 days later John rang me to say he had the paperwork and would send it off. Job done.

i have been for some time looking for info re prepaid funeral plans for my relative.The whole business is very confusing as there are so many different companies offering these plans ,I think i phoned most of them and found they differed in their approach,some companies were very pushy and pestered one once they had contact details and some were unneccessarily intrusive EG wanting all my personal details even though i was only enquiring on another persons behalf!! I found the Which website reassuringly different,particularly John Le Combe.He was extremely helpful and informative .He was not pushy but allowed my relative the space and time to make his decision based on the information he was given.I recommend the Which website. After the excellent service my relative received from Which funeral plans and in particular from John Le Combe i decided i should put my own funeral plan in place and to this end i contacted Which funeral plans on my own behalf again John Le Combe could not have been more helpful .I am one of those people who like to know every detail before i commit myself,John was unfailingly patient and wwnt to great lengths to answer my many questions .He is a very professional and extremely nice person ,Ithink facing up to the fact that one needs to put a funeral plan in place could prove to be daunting .This was not the case with Which and John Le Combe he keeps one informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with.I thoroughly recommend Which funeral plans and John Le Combe

During this time when you are trying to come to terms with the enevitable. It was nice to find someone who, it was not too much trouble to answer your questions.

No one really wants to think about dying, but after discussions with my wife we decided that it would make sense to plan ahead and not burden our children with the cost & arrangements of our funerals when the time arrives. We shopped around carefully before contacting Which Funeral Plans, who seemed to be offering the best value and also because they only use funeral directors who are registered with the FPA. I had several questions to ask and John at Which was very helpful without being pushy. He recommended 2 plans with Golden Leaves at a pre-increase price + a discount only offered by Which. As a result we saved over £400 (on each plan) on the new price and we can relax in the knowledge that the arrangements are now in place at a price which is fixed & free from future inflation. I would not hesitate to recommend Which Funeral Plans if you are considering this important decision.

easy to sort out and over a thousand pounds cheaper than what we have just had to pay out for my mum's funeral, she died suddenly and had no cover. plus the nominated funeral director is the one we have just used and were excellent..

As we all know planning our own funeral arrangements is not an easy thing to do and paying for it in advance is something I would rather ignore, but a funeral plan makes so much sense. It was a relief to arrange it, takes the responsibility away from my children and the biggie, the amount I pay now will not be effected by inflation, after all prices are increasing all the time, but this one will remain static. I was very impressed with John Lecomber of Which Funeral Plans who rang me following my enquiry online. His attitude, manner and professionalism was just right and made the whole experience so easy.
