Communication has not been a problem which I appreciate as I live in Spain and was arranging a pre paid funeral plan for my mother who resides in the UK. Started as just a quick enquiry, but things were explained fully and questions answered which allowed me to complete the purchase as soon as documentation arrived (the next day). Need to make sure you have considered fully which of the funeral plans you want to go with as conversations quickly focused on one company, although I was happy to go with this choice
