We decided at last, to do our Funeral Plans (should have done so ages ago)! We do not have any direct dependants, so we felt that it would be unfair for our Borther or Sister's to have to arrange our Funeral. We knew what type of Funeral we wanted, and this was easily arranged. All payment arrangements were clearly shown. Will, at a later date add music etc.

Excellent service and totally unbiased advice. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly whilst remaining professional and was very informative, and because I followed the advice I was given, I saved about £600 compared to the company I had considered having my plan with - thank you Which Funeral!!!!

The gentleman I spoke to was Very patient and understanding. Listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions/concerns and I had Many. I honestly don’t think I was any easy customer. There was No Sales Pressure and I have gone ahead with my Funeral Plan,

I told Which's representative that I wanted the best value funeral plan that was available as neither I nor my family see the need for elaborate funerals. He was fully sympathetic to my view and rather than trying to push value added features onto me he suggested ways to achieve this. He was able to offer a plan that suited at a discounted price to be paid, interest free, over a twelvemonth. Never a thrilling purchase, but it leaves me feeling that my children will not be shortchanged on my, apparently inevitable but hopefully not precipitate, demise.

Requested a brochure. Received a call for more details and very son after all that the information arrived in the post.

The reason my husband and I wanted to sort out our funerals is to save our daughters from doing it, we have seen some of the hassle over funerals recently. Which Funeral Service were brilliant, very helpful, even over the "silly questions" although I was told "there are no silly questions" Would highly recommend.

Had no idea about funeral plans and Which Funeral Plans was very helpful in explaining the different types of plan. Also wanted to know what would happen if the funeral plan company became insolvent and was reassured that our money would be safe. Asked about different companies and how they compare and was given good informative answers. Received a phone call to say that our application form and cheque had arrived safely and that we would receive documentation in next few weeks. Excellent experience.

Guidance on the best plan to meet my needs at the most competitive price.

I used Which Funeral Plans to find the best plan for my mum. I chose them because they gave a straightforward outline/comparison of different companies and costs. They sent the information very promptly and followed that up with a courtesy call, which was in no way intrusive. I chose the Autumn Leaves plan and was given all the guidance and support I felt I needed. A follow up courtesy call to advise me that the forms had been received was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone trying to find their way through the myriad of 'bumpf' you get swamped by when making first steps to arrange funeral cover.

Enquiry regarding funeral plans available was answered with full information delivered in a courteous, professional manner. The information pack contained their recommendations as to which company may be best suited to us, full pricing and discounts available. Also they listed the funeral directors in our area that were on their recommended list for the plans available. Follow up phone call was not pushy, but just to enquire if the information was sufficient. After returning the completed paperwork, another phone call was received to confirm safe delivery and that our plan was being prepared. Excellent service.

After searching the net for advice on Funeral Plans, I came across Which Funeral Plan Service. The name can be misleading to some people because they seem to have no association with which! magazine as I first thought. I read through the website and decided to order a brochure. A couple of days later I received a phone call from them. I told them what I was looking for in a funeral plan and they sent me the Golden Leaves Brochure. Perfect for me and my finances, I now have peace of mind about not leaving a huge bill for my family to pay. Great service all round.
