I searched the web or a pre paid funeral and opted for this firm as they were the cheapest. Although being the cheapest the service and communications were second to none and I have no problem recommending them.

On application form: 1. The return address on form was not the address on envelope provided. 2. Instruction on back of payment slip says to tear off and keep direct debit notes. This would also take off signature on other side of sheet! 3. Confusion with payment instruction between form and booklet rearding 12 month payment option. One says no deposit with 12 monthly payments, the other says send deposit and 11 monthly payments.

After reviewing other companies and Plans. I received something that no one else provided, unbiased advice and, additional companies of which I was unaware. John give me all the relevant advice and within a short time the application arrived and was duly completed. A lot off my mind and a plan for my wife as well.

To save our daughter having the job of arranging our funerals Which Funeral Plans dealt with all of this for us. They found a suitable Plan to meet with our requirements and kept us well informed. Their friendly approach to this sensitive subject has given us peace of mind.

Seems to be a good buy. I checked a number of other discounting providers eg Skipton BS, Age UK. The Which? report (not to be confused with Which Funeral Plans Ltd) quoted out of date prices. Notwithstanding a promised £50 rebate per head, I felt that there might have been a reduction in the Administration Fee (£180 per head) as I had applied for TWO plans, ie for both myself and my wife. Nevertheless, the service was efficient and friendly.

WeThis was the first time we had made any enquiries about pre paid funerals, so we're very unsure of what we were looking for.
