Jennings Gateshead-bought a new Focus picked it up on Wed 16th Jan 2013 Love my new car but unfortunately broke down on the Friday (18th) this was due to a clip that held the a pipe from the radiator in place not having been fitted correctly- I had to wait over 2 hours for the AA who sorted it then I had to go to the garage to get them to check it over-which resulted in 4 hours out of my day and been late for work The garage did stay back to sort it as they closed at 4pm (Servicing) so I suppose that was something BUT this should not happen on a brand new car-someone not doing their job properly!! Sales Executive who sold me the car ( Ian Mc Cluskey) very good and very helpful Elaine Milbourne

I used this branch of Jennings because I bought my last car from them and recieved really great service. They have managed to achieve this high standard agiain. Brilliant service, really helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I got exactly the car I wanted, at a brilliant price. I was particularly impressed by graham Reynolds who was enthusiastic and helpful, without seeming pushy or demanding.

Fantastic service, no pressure, very helpful. I felt that the salesman had plenty of time to assist in looking for the perfect purchase. Handover of vehicle was very smooth and the follow up call a few days later to see how things were going means a lot. I felt that the service I received was not just to get your money off you but because the staff really cared. Jennings Ford, Dunston would be the garage I would return to in future years for a further purchas. Many thanks Craig.

I found the website for ford direct very useful. Having done my own research into the modal I wanted with the weight and power to tow my caravan. I chose to use my local ford dealership. Ten minute chat,one call by the salesman and job done. Totally happy and enjoying my car.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from Jennings Ford, bought through Ford Direct. The gentleman dealing with me at Ford Direct was Andrew Diston, based in the Northeast. All in all it took me about a month to get to the point of buying the car, and Andrew showed remarkable patience in waiting for me to make my mnind up. He answered all my questions, gave me lots of information, always rang me when he said he would, and just made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. In between all this he was negotiating with the branch manager at Jennings in Middlesbrough to get me the best deal on the new one and for my part exchange, which he did. He dislayed the best level of customer service that I have ever received, and I am very grateful to him. Andrew had set up the handover of the cars at the branch, and on arrival it was obvious I was expected. The gentleman dealing with me was called Ian Phillips, and again he was exactly right in his approach. He allowed me to look at the car on my own, then when I was ready went through all the interior details, and then took me out for a test drive. He gave me all the necessary paperwork, and I left feeling that I had again received top quality service. I would definately buy a car this way again. As all the bartering had been sorted out beforehand, the experience of going to get it was very relaxed and welcoming. I am very grateful to both these gentlemen for looking after me very well. One of the first to offer B-Max accessories on line and at competative prices,to be honest cheapest I could find.Delivery could be faster but dont mind waiting to get genuine parts at a good price,easy to use online shop overall very pleased

When I bought my car from Jennings I was treated so well by everyone. The salesman was lovely and bent over backwards to help me choose the right car. The fiesta that I eventually chose is superb and I am so happy with it. I know for a fact that I can go back anytime and they will help me and that is a good thing in my opinion. Picked a van online, rang up Jennings and spoke to Ian who was very helpful, put a deposit on the van, then bought it no problems.

I have just recently bought my car, i found the staff friendly and helpful. They helped me find a car that was suitable and the right budget for me. Nothing felt rushed he was happy to help and answer all my questions. The process of buying my car was quick and easy yet everything was explained thoroughly in a manner that i under stood. I will certainly be returning when i need to buy a new car.

Ordered the new CX5 in may/june 2013. The popularity seemed to have caught the factory by surprise since the car was not delivered until December 20th. However the salesman kept me updated by email with all info available to him. Arranged alternative cover to hand over car since this occured during his holidays. This cover salesman was equaly efficient and thorough with handover information. No fault with the standard of care by showroom staff. One dissapointing feature is the problems encountered with the Iphone myMazda app. It seems to have my incorrect email details, preventing me from registering, even though the details have been checked and corrected by the showrom and service plan staff promptly on request.

Our sales adviser Robert was a lovely gentleman and made us feel totally at ease. He kept me in the loop from the moment we left the dealership to the moment we received the KA. All the people we dealt with at the dealership were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. In the future I would definitely use Jennings Ford if I wanted to buy a new car. Great service.

Have used the same Jennings Ford garage on Teesside and the same salesman ( Robert Flintoft) for many years. A fair deal at a fair price.
