It was a very good experience during the whole process of buying my new car, from my first visit to driving my car away. The help and advice I got from the salesman, Nick Robinson, was greatly appreciated. There was never any pressure put on me to make a decision before I was ready and this made the process more relaxed and friendly.

I've dealt with Jennings Stockton. If you buy a car from then, then it's well worth sticking with "your salesman". If you do you'll get looked after time and again. You'll find cheaper cars elsewhere, but with bargaining I've always gotten a good deal. The parts department is reasonable too, as are repairs. If you're in a hurry they try to accommodate and get repairs booked in and done quickly, but be prepared to sit in the dealership waiting a while (i.e. bring a book).

i ordered online and got a phone call to comfirm what i oredered was correct for my model of C-Max. Order arrived within two days. Great service and will use again

The web page is easy to use and provided me with all the information I needed regarding the vehicle, the company and their way of doing business. The hand over of my old vehicle and the picking up of the new vehicle was efficient and the salesperson was very helpful and patient . The only fly in the ointment was the payment process which turned out to be stressful, using a debit card and I had to get a bankers draft even though I had an authorisation code from my bank. The problem seemed to be with the merchant services. I will definitely consider using Jennings again.

We went in looking for information, we were never pressured into buying. The service we received from Matt Weems was great, a friendly face and took care of everything we asked for. The whole process was very quick and easy. Even after buying the car I received a call to make sure that I was happy with the car and if I needed any help. Great service, I would happily use this dealer again!

Ford Fiesta Durashift seized after 22000 miles bought from Jennings Middlesbrough as an automatic turns out it is semi automatic!!!!! Total repair bill£900+. When collecting the car which had been washed noticed a note under the wipers informing I had a flat tyre,this was left on the back of a shopping list obviously left by a kind passer by from the nearby garden centre.I cannot believe that the staff at Ford had repaired the car...hopefully test driven it,washed it and failed to notice or inflate the tyre. Perhaps the air was too costly!!!!Not impressed at all

Absolutely terrible service; I purchased a car from them and because of their errors and sub-standard workmanship it had to go to their workshops on 5 separate occasions within the first 6 weeks of ownership. On three occasions I was assured the car was ready and made the round trip of over 100 miles to collect it. On each occasion the required work clearly hadn’t been done correctly. They had either missed items that needed attention or fudged the job. The matter was only resolved when I involved North Yorkshire Trading Standards, even then Jennings made no excuse or apology for their repeated errors and mistakes. Avoid this company.

Tracy is truly special - she goes that 'extra mile' to make sure her client's are given all the help she can. I have been back to see her several times in order to have some technical details explained and she never seems to mind.

I didnt realise how easy buying a new car was, from start to finish i had my new car within two weeks. Tracy, the motability advisor was fantastic. I would have no reservations of buying from here again. First rate!!

I visited the Washington Jennings Kia branch with the intention of buying a used car on finance. My specifications were not restrictive, due to length of time driving and outrageous insurance quotes I was looking for a vehicle with an engine size no bigger than a 1.4 and ideally diesel. I am reluctant to name the salesman as we are in bad economic times and I have no desire to have him disciplined or worse. After a brief look around the showroom I was sold a 1.4 fiesta, when I got home I contacted my insurer who told me that the registration was bring up a 1.6l and that would result in a £35 per month rise on my insurance. I contacted the garage and the salesman assured me it was a 1.4 and that is what he had said it was, he went as far as stating he wrote it on the order form. I had my copy of the form and no where was this stated, he tried to fob me off stating that they would agree to go halves on my insurance rise which I disagreed with and told him I no longer would be buying the vehicle. He then asked what I wanted, I told him again what I was looking for. At this point I changed back my insurance leaving me £96 out of pocket. The next day I received a call from the salesman stating that they had a 1.4 diesel, again I took it for a test drive and was happy enough to go ahead with the purchase, he completely misquote figures stating first that payment would be £14 per month more than it actually was, he misquoted the miles on the vehicle by 2 year and he 'gave' me 12 month warranty on the paperwork then told me it was 24 month. I have had the vehicle 4 days, I put on 9 miles in those 4 days. today I attempted to start the vehicle and it wouldn't work, eventually I got it going using jump leads. I called the salesman and he said bring it to the garage and they would get it sorted. I dropped it off at 10:00 am and heard nothing until 12noon, I called again for an update and was told the Jennings Service garage was full so he would take it too another local garage. I then heard nothing until 3 o'clock when i called back and was told that the part required wouldn't be in until tomorrow then I would get it back. I am fully of the opinion that the vehicle was not taking to the garage until after midday, I am also now out of pocket a days salary and bus and train fairs from Washington to Darlington and back for tomorrow. I am frustrated and this complaint will be made formal to his manager when I receive my vehicle. Avoid this garage at all costs.

We saw the van on the internet got in touch with the dealer. Had email communications bought the van the van was then delivered. Couldn't have wished for a smoother transaction would buy from this dealer again.
