Knew the car I wanted and did not want to pay a new price. I had exactly the model in mind - a petrol Ford Mondeo Estate 1.6 TSI. I checked out Ford Direct but could find nothing. I met Paul Nixon at Jennings Stockton and explained what I wanted. Within a week he had found a car that was 6 months old and low mileage and to cap it all got it in Panther Black - the colour my wife wanted. Even better it was a Titanium X model including a Premium X and a Cargo pack. The price was negotiated fairly quickly and the deal done. Oh boy what a car. Well done to Paul for going the extra mile (bearing in mind that I had phoned every Ford dealer from Wetherby to Sunderland and left my details).

This was the first time i have bought a car on my own. My first car had been inherited. I explained what i needed to Nick in the stockton branch, and the level of service he provided was great. I ended up with a great car at a good price.
I visited Ford Jennings in Middlesbrough to look at the ford fiesta. I was approached by a young man called Dan who was very polite and asked how he could help. I informed Dan that i was looking at a ford fiesta zetec deal. Dan advised me of the personal contract plan in that i liked the sound of as i tend to change my vehicle regularly. Dan offered us seats and explained everything fully to us giving us time to take things in and ask questions. I didnt at all feel pressured which i was appreciative of as i didnt want to rush ionto such a deal. I informed Dan i would go away and consider the deal offered. When i rang Dan back i explained it was slightly over my expected monthly budget, Dan said he would talk to his manager to see if they could get the price down. Dan rang me back after half an hour with a deal i happily accepted. I was advised to go back into the garage the next day to sign the deal so the car could be ordered and ready for the end of the week. I was also introduced to a business manager who took all payment information from me, again very polite gentleman. The car was ready when Dan said it would be and when i collected it Dan again explained everything i should know and demonstrated the car to me. I was very impressed with the service recieved and also very happy with the after service as i know if any have any queries Dan will be more than happy to help. The service has been that good i recommended it to my partner who is now considering a similar deal on a Ford Kuga. Dan is curently looking into this deal fro my partner. Thank you so much for making my car choice an easy and pleasant one. Highly recommended.

From start to finish a very good experience buying from Jennings Gateshead. This is the 3rd car I have bought from this franchise and as yet have had no problems whatsoever.I was interested in buying the new 1.0 focus but was unsure, they offered me a loan of a similar car so I could satisfy myself regarding the performance etc. The after sales service is also very good with contact made after 1 week to ensure all is ok and if any problems do not hesitate to contract them. Overall and excellent service.

We have previously bought from Jennings Seat and were happy so we didn't hesitate to buy again. We saw a car that fit all our needs so we went ahead and purchased it. We were told to pick it up in 6 days and arranged a time. On the day of picking it up we received a phone call to go an hr later as they were fitting a new battery and they had sent the wrong one! On arrival we did the paper work and then proceeded to the car. Looking through the window I noticed it had not been valeted so they took it away and valeted it. My husband asked if manual, service history, radio key code etc was in and the salesman said yes. This was very important as we were going on holiday the next day in it and we had to check how everything worked!! Needless to say after driving away to visit relatives we checked for the above and guess what? NOTHING. We then had to drive back where we were given a handbook from another car ( same model) and were told they would have to order a new service history book as it has the chassis no. on it and hopefully we will get MP3 player key code. This is not the service I would expect, they had 6 days to get the car ready and we spent £10,000 on the car!

I found the Ford motorsport Sunglasses on Ford Jennings site cheaper than on Ebay, then simply ordered them and they came swiftly in the mail, very good service with a text to my phone in advance to confirm the date of delivery.
From the moment I stepped into the show room with the intention of just looking Jennings took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a new car and matched me with what I think is the perfect ride for me now. I kept informed of the car as it headed our way from the factory in Germany and given a preliminary collection date. As it turned out I was able to collect the car sooner than anticipated. When I arrived to trade in my old car in the new one was waiting ready for my to take away. The very nice sales assistant took time to go through everything that I needed to know to get me moving. A smooth handover and the car was mine and for the last week I have been getting to know what it can do and I am supremely happy with it. Think I will still be finding out all its little foibles for many months to come. Thank you Jennings and Thank you Bob.
I recently bought a Ford C-Max from the Stockton branch and had a really positive buying experience. The sales staff were friendly and in no way pushy around purchasing, happy to explore a range of vehicle an specification options. The dealership was very competitive on price, matching the best internet deal and offering an additional 2 yrs warranty over the standard 3 yr Ford package. Definitely to be recommended.
