After a few problems on delivery-a dent in the passenger door and a hole in the carpet at the back,jennings were very helpful and gave me a courtesy car while my new car had a new carpet and a new door fitted.A full tank of petrol and the first service complimentary eased the initial disappointment which i must say has'nt happened before on any of my previous Ford purchases.Thankyou to our salesman Graham.

The Salesman who sold the car to us, Ian Phillips, was very helpful and courteous. However in common with all Car Dealerships I have ever dealt with we were kept hanging around waiting whilst managers were consulted. We were on the verge of walking out at one point because of the waiting. As a cash buyer I want buying a car to be like any other purchase, decide,do the deal and leave. If I want any other services I will ask.

I felt very relaxed, and comfortable with everything, and it was explained very clearly. At no time was I felt pressurised which was very important to me. I would recommend the salesperson ( Ian Faulkner) and garage (heart well Banbury) to anyone.

I have been to car dealerships before and as soon as you make the sales person aware that you will not be making a purchase that day they tend to glaze over and stop being as helpful, this was not the case. Ian kept showing me all te different options and even gave me a test drive without me asking, very down to earth and seeme to know what unwanted from a car without probing too much. The head of sales came over and thanked me for my purchase. I thought this was a nice touch! When the car arrived at the show room and i picked it up, everything was explained in detail, even features I didn't realise the car had! I went with my wife to buy her VW last year and one she had signed the credit agreement they couldn't care less, however this was not the case

From my initial test drive to driving away from the showroom in my new Focus nothing was to much trouble for the sales team member Alan Platten. This is in total is my third Focus supplied by Alan, and each time I have driven away it was not the end of Alan's liaison with me. He has followed-up by a call to see how I am doing with my new model. "The quality of service is remembered long after the price is forgotten". And this is the reason I have returned to Jennings at Stockton. Also of credit to Jennings is the service department and its staff, who have always been most helpful, and advise in advance as to a service is due. Jennings is a company I trust and will recommend to anyone.
