I have purchased several fords from Jennings over the years and have always received the highest quality of service both before and after purchase. The purchase experience has always been relaxed and a fair deal arrived at with no haggling or any embarassment. That is why I always go back to Jennings.

All staff very helpful, after purchasing vehicle found a couple of things wrong but they were sorted without any bother. Good after sales depot.

Went to Jennings ford to check the ford fiesta prices. Was going to get a Kia but the price and salesman were great. Our salesman was bob weaver from Jennings at Dunston he was really helpful and understood what we wanted in a car. He couldn't do enough for you top bloke.

Was looking for a new car and went to Jennings in Stockton would definately use them again. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything i didn't want at any time. They let me look around first instead of diving on me as soon as i walked through the door. Came away with a new Ford Fiesta, pleased with the car and the service.

I ordered a product on-line, paid for it and by the very next morning received an email informing me that the item was out-of-stock and that I would not be receiving the product as a result! The item is available elsewhere, why not Jennings? Absolute rubbish in my eyes now, won't even try to buy anything from Jennings again.

I recently bought a new Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost from Jennings-Stockton and can recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Ford. I've bought new cars from them for many years and can honestly say that they have never let me down and their customer service is excellent. I've always been able to sort out a good deal when trading in my car for a new model through the Options scheme and there's never been any hassle striking the deal and sorting out the finance and paperwork. I've always found the Sales, Finance and Service staff to be friendly and efficient without being pushy and, as I said at the start, would recommend Jennings-Stockton to anyone looking to buy a new Ford.

I've been a seat owner for some time now and when i decided to renew i thought i would look around at other dealers for a different make and model of car. I spent most of the weekend in and out of car dealerships but nothing impressed me enough to purchase something different. At the end of my search i went into Jennings Seat Dealers in Middlesbrough and was asked by Guy, a saleman, if he could help. Within half an hour i had purchased a new ibiza and got such a cracking deal. Guy was informative and straight to the point about the car and what he could offer. Next time i am looking to renew i'll go straight to SEAT!

I have never enjoyed buying cars, but this time it was a good experience, the deal was very good and I was regurally updated with delivery dates, and the sales team were very good to deal with. Would go back again without doubt. Even got a great deal with Ford car Insurance which was a lot less than comparison sites, but still gave excellent cover. Also I like the style of this review, you are not guided down a path by tick boxes, you can state your opinion in your own words

This is now the third vehicle I've had from Jennings and as usual the service received has been excellent. Within a week of deciding to change my car, my salesman (Dan) managed to locate what would become my new car with a couple of fantastic extras not on my list and all for the same price initially agreed. He even arranged a courtesy car whilst I waited for my new one to be delivered. I couldn't be happier :)

I would definitely recommend Jennings Ford Stockton. I am onto my 5th fiesta from them so they must be doing something right, Friendly helpful staff and excellent service, what more do you want. Over the years we have had a galaxy and a Ka too. Highly recommend.

My wife and I needed a car quickly and with the minimum of fuss. The wide Ford Direct choice of cars on the internet allowed us to easily narrow down the search to two vehicles which were then laid on for us to test-drive at the Middlesbrough dealership almost straight away. The car we finally chose was immaculately prepared and reasonably priced.

I went to Jennings to purchase a new car, as I had always bought my cars - always second hand from them & never had any problems with them. I never at any point felt pressurised to buy a car and the service I was received was friendly and polite. I was given a test drive and brochure and told to take my time over my decision. All in all a very helpful and easy experience buying my new car.

We got the Smax titanium 1.6 Eco boost and had to wait 6 months for it to be built and delivered. We were only told on the day we collected it this was due to strike action in Belgium not acceptable other manufactures had no where near this wait! Disappointed that the ford range does not come with an anti hi jack feature locking the doors when you drive over 5mph or so. It's a fantastic safety feature for my partner when she is alone in the car on a night or with the kids. You can't even lock the doors with the fob whilst driving!
