This is the first time I've bought a car from a dealer and I'm glad I chose to do it this time. I had no problems in getting my new car sales people were lovely and made me feel comfortable they didn't push me just left me to it. I would definitely buy my next car from this dealership with no hesitation.

Had a good experience with Jennings Mazda from walking in the showroom the atmosphere was relaxed with no pushy sales people. I received a fair price for my old car in part exchange, I had been shopping around other dealers looking at different manufacturers and decided to buy the Mazda 3 from Jennings as this was the best deal offered and the car had a good spec. Everything was explained in plain English, I completed the paperwork and picked up the car 8 days later. Now thats what I call service.

I went into the garage to look at the KA, i was attended to straight away, offered a test drive and they really helped me with the financial side. He listen to what i wanted and took into account my budget. I will definitely visit them again and I am very happy with the service I received.

We have been looking for a new car for some time and recently called into Jennings-Ford at Dunston. We had a look around the showroom and was approached by a very nice guy (Craige Farrow). He was really friendly and gave us loads of useful help and information. We ended up buying a new Ford Fiesta Zetec! We are really pleased with our new vehicle, its absolutely lovely! Craige was really helpful, making sure we were comfortable with the vehicle, he explained everything in great detail. We would most certainly recommend Craige to our friends and family. Excellent 5 star service!!

Due to strike action in Belgium the delivery date was put back though Bob our salesman kept us up to date. Everything was explained really well and the car is spot on

My car was ordered through the motability scheme and is was such an easy process. Just signed a few forms, got shown how to operate my new car and off I went. It had been valetted for me and I just left my old car with the garage to deal with. No hassle!

Excellent service we arrived at the showroom on a Sunday hoping to see a Grand CMax we asked one of the salespeople if they could show us one but they said there didn't have one on the plot but if we would like to come back the following day they would arrange to have one there from 9am. We returned the following day viewed the car had a test drive with Tracey (motability) and bought one. We had tried other Ford showrooms trying to find a Grand CMax prior but this branch was the only one to offer to find one for us Thanks

Hand book omitted from pack handed to me. A fundamental necessity I would have thought when buying a new car. General manager writes to me telling me about latest offer and inviting me to visit showroom a few days after I had just bought a new car. I Sent e-mail to General Manager about that and 2/3 other matters but received no reply to my inquiry or any apology. Disappointed with that attitude. Dealing with the salesman himself was fine and he did hid best. Car hand over and admin all went well.
