I found the sales service excellent.The salesman Paul Nixon was great,he explained everything especially about the different financial deals.I have dealt with Jennings in the past and have had no problems, they have always been very helpful.

I hesitantly went to purchase a car after receiving poor service from the company a number of years ago... The service I received was outstanding, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated and made a purchase and received a good deal. I was looked after by Craig and was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner from start to finish. I was so impressed I recommended him to my mother in law who has also since made a purchase too! I am looking forward to receiving a 25 pound cheque as a reward!

I purchased my car on 6th July, trading down due to redundancy. Jeff was very professional and had the car prepared exactly as he said it would be. The car developed a couple of minor faults during the first week which were put right, at no cost to myself, within 2 hours of me dropping it off at the service center. when i first went into Jennings Ford i was only looking to get initial quotes but the staff were so friendly that they soon had me hooked and the deals they were offering me were too tempting to pass up, i was very pleased with the service overall and would defiantly recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a new car.

I have been a customer of Jennings Ford for quite a number of years. Over the last 20 years I have dealt with the dealership at South Shields and had very good service from them. Just over 10 years ago my wife and I moved 100 miles away to Cumbria to retire. Despite this, I remained a Jennings Ford customer and returned regularly to have my car serviced or changed. Due to a change in Ford's trading policy this dealership is now solely a Ford Direct site. However when I recently contacted them to discuss changing my car they informed me of this and offered to pass my details to the Gateshead branch. I was contacted by a very pleasant gentleman named Paul Pellegrino. I was warmly welcomed to the branch and treated very well. A close friend of mine who lives in Durham has dealt regularly with this branch and always had a very pleasant experience each time he visited. I detailed my requirements and was able to negotiate a very good deal. Paul Pellegrino answered all my questions fully and made sure I was perfectly happy before signing the order form. The car was delivered when he said it would be and I'm extremely satisfied with it. It's a Focus Titanium 1.6 Diesel in Burnished Glow and I've had many favourable comments on it. Its a delight to drive and extremely comfortable. I look forward to lots of happy motoring with it.

I was looking for a low mileage Ford Fiesta about a year old, we had been to our local Ford Dealer who had several 2/3 year old cars but all with more mileage than I would have liked. So I decided to look on the internet at Ford Dealers, and came up with Jennings. They had the one I bought, one year old, and only 5,500 miles and the colour I would have chosen if I had bought a new one Hot Magenta ! I contacted them, and after only a couple of questions i.e. about warranty and tax etc I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was completely hassle free, I received an invoice, and paid a deposit over the phone ,a few days later when the car was ready I paid the balance, they then sent the car on a transporter. I am absolutely delighted with the car, it is perfect not a mark on it, it runs like a dream. The Service from Jennings was first class, I never had any doubts about buying a car I had not seen, and would recommend Jennings to anyone.

Ian McCluskey from sales did an excellent job from start to finish, he has the right balance, most importantly for me he wasn't at all pushy but very efficient.
