The most courtious salesman you have at Jennings Mazda is Andrew Ditton. He was very polite to my wife and myself when I telephoned making enquires about the car, when we came to the showroom to see it and look around it also on the test drive. Because of him we bought it. He made arrangements for it to be serviced and valeted and they would ring us on Thursday or Friday when it was ready. Unfortunately for us (but not for him) he was going on paternity leave. On Friday lunchtime I got a rude phone call from someone called Adam asking why I hadn't been to pick the car up. I said I had been waiting for them telling me it's ready. He then replied it's been ready since Wednesday I thought you weren't coming for it. The way we were treated by your staff that afternoon made sure I will not be going to Jennings Mazda again. It was the same when my daughter took the spare key for the old car on Saturday after work, no one wanted to know. I hope Andrew gets the commission for this sale as the others aren't worth it. I've dealt with the Jennings Ford dealership in the past and have nothing but praise for David Singh so was hoping for similar service this time. Unfortunately not.

Got a decent price for my old car and negotiated a satisfactory price for my new car, Marcus was very helpful. Called in with a minor problem with the car one day, he arranged to have it sorted it straight away and I was on my way in 15 min, Will look to buying my new cars of the future with Jennings

Marcus the salesman helping us purchase our ka was superb. Very genuine style and a role model on how it should be done. He wasn't at all pushy and showed sincere interest. All promises were delivered and left us feeling really impressed. An asset to jennings. We had initially visited the mbro outlet and were particularly disappointed with service of bald man (didnt get his name) we weren't as important as him closing and getting away. Its was only 5.45! Recommend he spends some time with marcus!!

I am very impressed with the service I received, and could not be happier. The sales staff are very patient and helpful and could not have done anymore to make my visit a very happy one, the car I chose the Ford B Max I just love it and the color Midnight Sky is perfect, it has proved to be just right for my needs, via the back sliding doors, just perfect to get my new born Granddaughter in and out with ease. So an all round lovely car, and great staff. Thank you so much Carol Sayer

Bought my Ford Fiesta Titanium on 1st June. Loved the car. The sales man Dave Nicholson at Middlesbrough put me under no pressure to buy. Looked at this car several times before i purchased it. Again no pressure. Loved the car, bought it and I am really pleased with all aspects of it.

No need to say too much Nick was dedicated to helping me no matter what I needed nothing was a problem be it dual controls or graphics. I will definitely go to Nick when I hit 50000 miles. Nick is 5 stars and I will recomend him to my friends.

We dealt with Alan at the garage in Darlington, and were very impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles, how helpful he was, and most of all how he didn't try to push us into a sale like most car salesmen! He was friendly throughout our purchase and we wouldn't hesitate in returning to Alan for our next car purchase.

Sales staff first class with an indepth knowledge of the product, with a full explanation of its features. As for my third Kuga , disappointed at the two faults with the desiel sensor which has required a replacement of parts. This was all within the first 2 weeks.

Only 1 serious complaint as the service generally was fine and the car is superb in all respects bar one. It was delivered absolutely caked in muck which may / or may not have disguised the horrendous scratches it's now sporting - it's been keyed to death. I can't prove they were there on delivery but I had no opportunity to check. A main dealer delivering an expensive car in this condition is not good enough. All the others lined up were immaculate and my suspicions mean that after buying 3 cars from Jennings, this one is the last. A salutory tale I'll be passing on of course.

I was not looking to buy a car, I was only checking out prices, but the salesman was so friendly and helpful, and the deal was so good that I bought a fiesta and have recommended him and Jennings to others, infact I'm taking a friend in to look at cars in a couple of weeks, well done to Jennings and stuart

Buying car from jennings stockton was easy and trouble free, graeme reynolds was my sales man, he made sure everything was explained to me and took care of everything from the start, having had the fiesta zetec i wanted in stock all in all i got my new car within 5 days, great and fast service !!!

I discovered my car on the internet and spoke to their sales team who were very helpful and gave me all the information I wanted and I was able to reserve the car and it turned out to be all that they said it was. They even offered to deliver the car to me free of charge when my money came thro to pay for it.

From entering the forecourt/showroom there was no pressure selling just very detailed information and a courteous service from the salesperson (Paul Nixon). The car i wanted was automatic but they didn't have one in stock but brought one in for me to try within a couple of days, would definitely deal there again.
