The salesmen were experienced in their work and didn't over power you but obviously knew how to sound like they were genuinely helping you buy a "good" car. The car I bought was well over £1000 more expensive than other garages as I saw 3 of the same car as mine so much cheaper elsewhere. Gutted.
From looking online at the weekend,to looking at a car on the Tuesday and a test drive of a similar car on the Wednesday , and collecting a new car on the Friday the whole experience was excellent . Big thank you to Lee, David and Peter for making it all so easy with no problems at all.

I had made a mistake when ordering some mud flaps and ordered the wrong ones, no problem for David at Jennings, He arranged for the correct ones to be sent out the next day and the ones I ordered in error collected.
I messed up my first order by adding to it after checkout and Jennings sorted it out in 2 emails. Parts were delivered in 2 -3 days as promised and fitted perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again. 5 Star

Went to Jennings to view a Seat Mii after looking at lots of various car reviews on the internet. After looking at one in the showroom I was asked if I needed any help by the salesman (Geoff Urch) He was able to answer all my questions about the different models and offered to let us take one out for a test drive. With no pressure to by that day I went and looked in other garages, but returned to Jennings to see Geoff who took care of everything keeping me informed right through to collection of my new car. Great service all round Thanks to Geoff.
The guys we were dealing with at Jennings Ford, Yarm Road, Stockton, were knowledgeable, welcoming and very professional. We have to name Robert Flintoff and Lee Spence on the sales side and Peter in finance. They guided us around all the best options for us and even when the car was held up in Southampton, they did all they could to speed it up. An enjoyable experience.

Good -No pressure to complete sale - sales rep and finance guy friendly withoiut being over the top Poor - Still waiting for £140 from Ford insurance - £90 for cost of transferring insurance to them and £50 for taking quote that day.Was told it would take a few week has been a month now - dissapointed.
