Having recently bought a new Ford Focus Estate I needed a new set of roof bars to suit. The usual internet searches showed that a quality set of bars was not going to be cheap. Out of curiosity I checked out the price of Ford's own bars and as I suspected the RRP was far more than I was prepared to pay, however I found that Jennings Ford was offering the bars at a very attractive price and delivery. I ordered the bars on a Tuesday evening and they were delivered on the following Thursday. The bars are well engineered and well worth the price I paid and the service by Jennings Ford was excellent. Their web site will be my first port of call the next time I am looking for Ford accessories

eeee I went to test drive three cars today. I am getting a Fiesta, them was the only garage that offered me a test drive ahh was lush. Went back to the other garages for a test drive, the peugot was like a tank pulled in to drive back to the garage, the woman kept saying you can drive further its ok. I didnt have the heart to tell her it was crap. the Polo will didnt even bother driving that just said didnt matter thanx. Went back to Jennings brilliant everything explained to me about the three fiestas the style, platinum, zetec. Was taken to Paul he's brilliant explained everything to me and we put an order in. None due untill the 20th ahh he said he would try and get it for my birthday on the 18th. He phoned me a few times keeping me up to date with the progress and eeeeeeee me got ELLIE on the 16th. He ran me a week later just to check me ok and I was managing her ok. OK! she is brilliant, lush and I love her soooo much. Thank you. I will recommend Jenning Ford to anyone I know that is looking for a car to buy once again thank you.

from our first visit in September 2012 when we were considering renewing our Leon we were give expert advice and assistance in this case it was to confirm that a new Leon was due in the Spring of 2013, we were pointed in the direction of the updating web site to follow the progess of the model. We were eventualy invited to the showroom to see the promotional left hand drive model, we liked it and were happy that we had waited for it to be produced and we ordered the FR model built to our spec. Our salesman Chris and the manager Craig were very accomodating and helpful, we got the trade-in price for our previous Leon that we were happy with as well as 3 years free servicing. Brilliant. This is now our third Leon, anything that needed to be done was handled without any hassle. A very professional team, I can't think of any reason that we would change dealership.

The purchase was made easy by extremely helpful and competent staff .Once the initial inquiry was made they made the whole purchase easy and straight forward .The vehicle was exactly as advertised and I would recommend Jennings Ford to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle .

I cannot fault the service from the people at Jennings, Mazda - Middlesbrough. From the initial reception fron Adam to being shown the car and its functions from Shaun nothing was too much trouble and they always made you feel relaxed. The "negotiations" re my part ex and the money I would have to pay was also relaxed and gave me the impression they wanted me to be a satisfied customer not just wanting my money. All round a great expereince with a great car at the end of it.

We were really only toying with the idea of buying another car, and certainly not a new one, but we were given a complete rundown of the benefits and savings on offer by your sales representative Chris Butt, and without any pressures he convinced us that a new Ibiza was by far the best proposition considering the new car discounts currently available. We are more than happy with our purchase and the way in which the sale was transacted, and would have no hesitation in recommending Jennings Seat and Chris in particular for his helpfulness in making the experience so pleasureable.

Bought my last car from Jennings in Stockton. Kept it for 6 years with no cost apart from the ususal servicing ,tyres ect. Called in to look for a newer version and bought a frozen white Ford Focus Zetec. It is lovely, staff really helpful, good deal and took my old faithful car in part ex.

I originally went to the ford direct office as this is where I had seen the car advertised on line, I spent 10 minutes in the office waiting for a member of staff, shouting hello and looking around for someone before leaving. When I was outside I was approached by Alan who works for Jennings Ford and I explained what I was doing there. Alan informed me that the office is unmanned and they use the main Jennings ford office and staff, in fact the building was just for showing off cars, would of been helpful to have this displayed somewhere as you almost lost custom!! Alan was extremely helpful and friendly, assisted me to purchase the car I had been looking at, the sale was swift and seamless I would recommend Jennings to anyone looking to buy a used ford.

We needed to replace a 16 year old but reliable Ford Escort for my wife. There was no urgency so we trawled the websites and visited showrooms to find a suitable replacement. We decided in the end to return to Ford and the reviews of Jennings Stockton gave us confidence to approach them - some 2 months before we would consider buying a car from them. Our first contact was with Alan Platten by email. We were hoping for this salesman to give us confidence that we may have made a good choice in considering Jennings. I explained our needs and did not want regular phone calls chasing us. And this is the important bit in our opinion. Alan contacted us by phone and we agreed that I would call him when we were ready and gave him a full specification of the car we wanted. He promised to keep a check on our requiremnents and await our call. Sometime later I thought I would check that he was as good as his word. He said he would get back to us as soon as possible. And so it was. He had found a car with the total specification we wanted and the mileage. If we wanted we could have a look at it and then go away and make up our minds And this on the surface makes Alan Platten a poor salesman because he did not push for a sale as has been our experience over the years. In all honesty it worked in reverse. He had promised to await my call, he promised to look out for our specific specifiction, he promised to let us see a car to help us make up our minds. He kept to these promises and this in our opinion is top sales technique. In short, the car he showed us was perfect in all respects and we ordered the car in advance of our originnal timetable. We learned later that Alan had been with the dealership some 18 years. We are not surprised. He is a cedit to Jennings and his type of sales technique, for us at least, worked perfectly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jennings to others but make sure they ask for Alan Platten. He is a GEM!!!!! Thereafter and as expected Alan Platten took us through all the detail of the sale, the mechanics of the car and so on with all the care that we as a customer would expect from a dealership.

From when we went to showroom we were taken care of by Bob Weaver. He was very knowledgeable about the new Ford Fiesta and very helpful when we purchased the car. A pleasant experience and would certainly consider buying another car from Jennings.

I have just purchased a Mazda 3 2.2 diesel sport. The whole experience of the sale at Jennings was very relaxed and I never felt pushed into buying the car. This was welcomed relief. I received the car as expected and although the car was a 59 plate it was presented looking as new. I was very pleased, this is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from Jennings and can recommend the branch at South shields.

From arriving at the garage to have a look for a car a salesman approached he wasn't pushy at all he gave me some good advice about which car I should go for . The finance department were very helpful .

Jennings ford were extremely helpful in helping me choose a car in my price range abs was suitable for me. They provided a great service and showed me all the appropriate deals and helped me to make a choice that was right for me. Would definitley recommend jennings ford when choosing a car .

After signing for vehicle and handing over process it was apparant the dealership were aware the vehicle was not as discussed at point if order. However proceeded to minimise the mistakes made.
