We wanted a 1600 SMax Deisel. All other Ford garages said they only had a 2ltr to test drive., end of story. At Jennings Ford sales executive, Paul Pellegrino , took a few days, but went out of his way to get a car for us to test drive. Excellent service. Did what he said he would do and always kept us up-to-date with the transaction.

Total shambles service wise from start to finish. Apparently no management based on site to resolve issues. Every time I had contact with sales/service I encountered massive incompetence even to the point of me telling salesman the features of the model he had just sold me!! Service department blatantly blaming salesman for errors and vice-versa. Avoid this dealership at all costs - I wish I had.

Paul Pellegrino (Jennings Dunston) was very easy to talk to and had a very professional manner and guided us faultlessly through what turned out to be quite a complicated process in obtaining a Motability vehicle for our daughter. He identified many of the problems which we would encounter which allowed us deal with these matters early in the process and thus save a considerable amount of time and anxiety. He liased with a number of agencies throughout on our behalf, continually keeping us up to date and provided a seamless service from the day we entered the showroom up to the delivery of the vehicle. We feel that having a dedicated Motability expert rather than a general salesman who has been on a course (as we found in other garages) proved to be greatly beneficial in what can be quite a long and daunting process, as it was in our daughter's case. We would have no hesitation in recommending anyone who requires a Motability vehicle to contact Paul at Jennings Ford, Dunston.

A fantastic service from start to finish, I am always a bit cautious when putting my details onto a website. However I received a call from Dane within 20 minutes of entering my details and from that point to the day my new Ibiza Toca Sport was on my drive the service has been great. I would highly recommend Jennings Seat to all my friends and family!!!!!!!

I have been buying cars for many years at Jennings. I have always found them to be most helpful and very knowledgeable about Ford cars. I always deal with salesman Paul Pellegrino, he has always been most helpful and courteous.

Sales staff were great, very relaxed and approachable. Cars were all well maintained and the showroom looked very polished and new. Hospitality was perfect and test drive was no fuss.

Like the cars and the salesmen once you get to the desk. I know that customers need some time and there are only a finite number of salesman that can be in the showroom at any one time - but when I went to close the deal I had to literally wait one hour on a precious Saturday morning - that can't be right.
