They have a very knowledgeable sales staff who were keen to please. After sales service has proved to be good. The show room is very well appointed and they have a very comprehensive range of models to review. Parking is no problem as they are next to a Garden Centre. Excellent coffee shop in the Garden Centre. We were not offered a test drive of our selected vehicle however this was not a major issue as we had previously driven a similar one. Overall impression is this is a good company and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

I found the car online and asked for information on it to save me driving over 200 miles for that reason. I left a refundable deposit till i viewed it so i could have it if i wanted it. My car sales person was marcus is was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date. The car was perfect i braught it. Only two downsides were as i paid for delivery to save me driving that far again they said it would be coming on a flat bed but a gentleman drove it all the way down adding the milage to my car which i could of done myself and it came with no petrol i made it to the bottom of the road and the petrol light came on but over all very nice and helpful.

From first calling and leaving the showroom with our new purchase, the whole experience was A1. Nick at Stockton was spot on.. No pressure just assisted us with what we wanted.. On a whole I would certainly recommend buying from Jennings..

Jennings Ford was great to deal with, very efficient and caring. We, as a family were very pleased with the service rendered and would happily recommend them to our friends.

Bought a car recently, the inside had not been valeted properly, there was no log book in the car. Took three weeks to get one. Other than that the staff were pleasent and helpful.

1. Phoned the dealership, salesperson not available, ok, can I leave a message, only if it's a short one ! Was the answer, not a good start to the day ! 2. Private reg on car trading in, log book sent to DVLA, asked by manager to leave a set of keys to new car, to ensure we send in log book when returned to us, system at fault, £25,000 for one set of keys - I think not. 3. No mats in new car, supply problem says the salesman, fair enough, not his fault, but even a set of cheap, or used mats would have been a been better than none. Apart from that the car is very good so far.

I can only compliment the service and information we received when we purchased our vehicle. All parties were very helpful and gave great information. I have just received our car and I am hopeful that the car is as good as the service.

We were greeted in a pleasant and non pushy manner. The various deals were explained fully in a clear and easy to understand way. Altogether a pleasant and informative experience, we felt that we were given all the information necessary to buy the car that was suited to our needs. We have taken delivery and are delighted with our purchase.

Had a good experience with Jennings ford, sale was pretty straight forward and hassle free. Only sticking point was that the finance man was not available on my first visit, so when I returned to collect the car I was not aware that I needed to bring both photo card and paper part of my licence to complete the finance paperwork. This was pretty easily resolved by me having to scan and email the document the following day. Not hard to sort but would have been easier if we had all the info of what we needed to bring before hand. Other than this I was very please with the service I received. Happy customer

I first visited the Jenning's web site to get a quote on my Ford Fusion as a trade in. The person who handled my enquiry was so helpful and courteous. This impressed me. I was impressed even more when I found everyone I dealt with was equally helpful, courteous and friendly. Then I looked at the Ford B Max cars that were on offer and was impressed with the quality and presentation of these vehicles. I bought; need I say more!

From start to delivery the staff at Jennings were a real pleasure Made very welcome as soon as I walked through the entrance by the lady on reception I believe she is called Margaret I had pre booked a test drive in a Kuga auto which was the type of vehicle I was looking for I was introduced to Ian McCluskey from sales who took me on a route to include various road conditions so I got a good feel for the car After we got back to the showroom we sat and discussed model specs and prices etc I left the showroom feeling very pleased but had other showrooms to visit and cars to test drive After deciding I wanted a Kuga I got back in touch with Ian and asked for a further test drive with my wife and son which went very well once again the next day I returned to do a deal Ian was very helpful with the all important details and guided me through the options available to make sure I got the car with the right specs for me and my family and most importantly at the right price! I am now the happy owner of the best car I have ever owned I would recommend Jennings and would especially like to thank Ian McCluskey for all his help THANK YOU !

Very pleased with recent purchase of a second hand car from Jennings Mazda in Middlesbrough. Nothing too much for the salesman, very efficient and knowledgeable both pre and post purchase. Would definitely recommend this garage, and would not hesitate in buying a car from them in future, hopefully and brand new car next time around.
