An excellent, friendly and efficient service. Felt no pressure at all from salesman, all queries and concerns were answered, I was kept fully up to date during waiting period for my new car. Upon delivery, was instructed clearly as to the features and controls of the car. Even afterwards salesman has been in touch to make sure we're completely satisfied and made sure no problems with my car. Excellent Service!!!

Buying a new car is a huge investment (in most cases second only to buying your home) and I do not feel that Jennings give you the time, respect, and service that they should when making such a major purchase. I am happy with my car, but I do feel that Jennings could do a lot more to help in selecting the car, and then dealing with the delivery & collection. I now worry about the after sales side of things, as they have now made the sale and I feel that their attitude will be "job done" and may not be very helpful if I have any issues.

First time I've bought a car on my own and found the whole experience very positive. Advice given at all times was helpful and informative, but I never felt I was being pushed into a decision. All staff in Jennings were polite and professional and made the whole process easy. Would recommend them to anyone.

Helpful friendly salesman, not pushy, treated us like people rather than just prospective buyers, he displayed good level of knowledge and happy to look up extra information, explain things. All round it was a good experience, felt they did actually care that we got the right deal for us.

I had done some research and I knew which model of car I wanted when I went approached Jennings. My previous experience of buying new cars had not always been one that I had enjoyed, so I was expecting much the same this time. However I must say I found it was a different experience this time. Everything about the finance, delivery, optional features of the car I had chosen was clearly explained in a pleasant way. Once I had decided to go ahead with the purchase, I was kept up to date with events, and the promises made about delivery were met. On delivery of the car the features of the car were explained to both myself and my wife. All In all I have been competely satisfied with the transaction .

I recently purchased a new car from Jennings Ford Gateshead. The whole process was made simple and easy from start to finish and my car was delivered ahead of schedule. I have dealt with other dealers in the past, and the service provided by Jennings is by far the best I have received.

I have no complaints about the experience I had with Jennings Ford. They were helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. Everything was simple and straight forward with no complex terms and bamboozling language.

I will definitely use Jennings again as the customer service I received was excellent. I did go to another dealer first and felt like I was a nuisance to them....walked into Jennings, was met by Craig and the rest is history.

Car was not ready at agreed collection time also had to return a week later to have agreed work done which took 3 hours. Had to ask for MOT cert as was not supplied at collection. Overall not the best buying experience

I saw this car on the internet when I saw the price and mileage I made inquires by email I got a very quick reply .The reply I recieved was just what I wanted to hear I was given a very good trade in price for my car I wanted to exchange. For a Ford C max now what can I say about Paul Robinson the sales executive. He is very genuine person puts you at ease not pushy able to talk to him very friendly . I would recommend any one to go Jennings Ford the best car deal I have ever done Derek Laughton

Actually got a better deal from Jennings than I could find on e-bay. Ordered the parts on Wednesday afternoon...they arrived on Friday morning!! Postage was reasonable too.

We initially attended Jennings looking for a 12 or 13 reg Ford Focus as well as the other Ford dealerships in the area. We were dealt with by Graham Reynolds at the Stockton branch. We appreciated his relaxed approach and at no point were we pestered, pressurised or the hard sell put on us. Straight off we were offered a decent price for our old car as a trade in, rather than a low offer but will negotiate stance that the other dealers took. Because of this I felt they were fair and trustworthy. I, like many others had a perception of what a car salesman is like, which simply wasn't present at Jennings. We felt like Graham was honest, trustworthy, straight talking, and was doing his best for us. For these reasons we returned to Jennings to find the car we wanted. Graham kept us up to date at all times. The car was expertly valeted and looked amazing when we collected it. Everything was fully explained and no pressure was put on us to take any extras (insurances, service plans etc). We were also encouraged to return with any problems what so ever so I have no doubt there after care service would be excellent. Would certainly recommend.

It was difficult to fit the mudguards with the wheels in place but worth it when completed.
