Had a call out today via my 2Gether Insurance breakdown cover. I was advised there would be a 90-120 minute callout time at the outset which I was satisfied with (having known this when I took out the policy). Assistance arrived within 90 minutes and communication was great throughout. I was kept updated on exact timings with a prompt call back from 2Gether initially and then from the breakdown guy when he was 20 minutes away. My car turned out to only need a jump which was done quickly and easily and I was given good advice to get my battery replaced and was able to drive myself to my garage. The guy who helped me was very friendly and professional and did a great job getting me on my way. Thank you for your assistance.

Very prompt, broke down on the 62 . Came within 30 mins, quite straight forward using the brake down company. Easier with two phones, because all the details were on the other.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ! HAVEN BREAKDOWN LEFT ME IN MANCHESTER WHEN I LIVE IN LIVERPOOL I HAVE A BABY ! BC THEY DIDNT HAVE AIR TO INFLATE MY SPARE TIRE THE FOUND A LOOP HOLE TO GET OUT OF RECOVERING ME HOME WHAT KIND OF ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE DOESNT EVEN HAVE A PUMP OR A JACK OR ANY TOOLS FOR THAT MATTER !! I HAD TO UBER HOME THE CAR IS STILL IN MANCHESTER MY BABY HAD NO MILK ABSOLUTELY SH HOUSES THE SUPERVISOR IS HEARTLESS AND ANY WAY THEY CAN GET OUT OF HELPING THEY WILL SO DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR DONT RELY ON HAVEN TO PROVIDE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PLEASE GO TO THE AA OR SOMEONE YOU NO WILL COVER YOU! The lady who recovered us bless her she didn’t no what to do she wanted to take us home but the company point blank threatened her and kindly reminded her that they had a tracker on her vehicle so she better not even think about recovering us without there authority which i understand but what I don’t understand is WHY TF THEY DIDNT AUTHORISE THE RECOVERY IN THE FIRST PLACE ??? ABSOLUTELY SCUM , I DID CLARIFY THAT POOR CHLOE DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD AND FELT AWFUL NOT BEING ABLE TO HELP BUT YOUR COMPANY ALSO TOLD HER NO TO TOWING US HOME DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND YOUR COMPANY SAID NO ! Yes its 90% the insurance companys fault but you guys also said no she told us she explained everything and you guys didn’t see it like she did you saw it threw a business perspective not a human one !

Called at 8:45 promised to come between 9 and 10.30pm no response. Called again at 10.45 reply was will be there 10 to 12 midnight. At 10 pass 00 midnight got message will be there in 23 minutes. Then at 1am nearly calls and says I am in terminal 3 while I was in car park of terminal 2 and informed every single time. Then come in another 20 minutes or 30 but cannot come in. I have to go all the way out to show him what to do and how to come in. Came in and tried to change my tyre and simply broke my lock of wheel nut and didnot manage to change the tyre. Reported back that lock was broken while it was not. Now left me there with one 3 year old child and 3 ladies passengers. No recovery no phone call. I called back to recovery base and got reply we cannot do anything further until you pay cancilation fee as we wee unable to perform the job due to broken key of locking wheel nut. Ridiculous. Broken themselves and blamed on me now charging me as well and giving me no service and help while I have been waiting since 9pm and it's 2.30am . Main office operator was nasty as everytime she was either not replying or cutting my phone off and was keep asking only for cancellation charges and further charges if I need recovery which she said only within 10miles. How that is helpful while it's 3am in the morning and I am away from home and don't know where to go and how to with flattened tyre. After so many calls and argues still no help and service was provided. I have to drive off with flattened tyre and later on called different rescue team which also came late but atleast they brought me home. I was home after 16 hours with three passengers including a 3 year old child.

Was told on the AA app that the rescue vehicle would come after an hour and 15 minutes. Waited for almost 3 hours before they arrived close to 1 in the morning. Tried calling them in between by no one would answer the phone either. Thankfully the person who eventually came got my car back up running but what a pain.

Driver was absolutely spot on and got me right home after 12 hours of hassle with other recovery services definitely will use again!

Really fast team and great communication. Got my car on the flatbed in a safe speedy manner and got us off the hard shoulder away from danger. Highly recommend

Challenging recovery for a seemingly immovable heavy vehicle up a steep slope. Lovely team. Knew their stuff. Had a 'can do' approach to the job. The vehicle they brought to resolve the issue was mind blowing. When the going got tough, they delivered. Can't praise them highly enough.

I cannot thank everyone enough, from the first person I talked to and reported the breakdown to, the driver who dropped me off. Everyone seemed to care and want to help . I know costs and best value is important but I would never choose any other company than Green Flag
