It’s a stressful time when your car breaks down. The experience of getting it recovered couldn’t have gone smoother. The recovery vehicle was with me in about a hour and the technician Ben, could not have been more helpful, he got to the cause of the problem and conveyed the vehicle and myself to my home address. Ben was a very nice chap and parked the vehicle in the perfect spot at home. A very stressful episode was made a lot less so by the chap, thankyou very much .
After RAC had fobbed us off with times etc and waiting 18 hours they finally contacted this contractor. From this point on we couldn't fault him. He was the original knight of the road. Friendly efficient and took both car and caravan straight to our door 90 + miles. I cannot thank or praise him enough.

Billy our recovery driver was fantastic. He arrived within an hour of reporting our breakdown. We expected to have to wait much longer as we had made it to a service station on the m62. We were loaded up and on our way home within 30min. Thank you for a fantastic service
Quick, efficient and friendly service
Appalling service, from reporting break down to getting relayed home took over 5 days...as result we had to get flights to travel home ...the messages we had from AA constantly were different and regularly contradicted each other, very confusing and un satisfactory..our vehicle was damaged along with the bikes and bike rack during the protracted relay from Northern Ireland ...

Speedy service, kept me updated until recovery arrived. As I am disabled they ensured me I would be priority. Lovely guy took me to the garage and home with my car, as the garage could not fix my car till end of August. Very friendly and excellent service. Thanks guys.

After a long motorway hardshoulder wait with poor communication by the AA, Neil was the right man, from this company, for the job. He was patient and friendly (I wasn't at this point) and got me home with no fuss, getting my van into the drive which is a tight affair. His job was just to get me home, but gave me helpful advice with what the issue probably is, and what to do next. Thanks again

Incredible response time, communication was great. Steve was very well mannered and clearly a professional, the recovery was quickly executed and we felt safe throughout. Steve took extra time assisting my father who is wheelchair bound. The cab of the recovery truck was clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to use 1st rescue and recovery again.
