Excellent service. but the rac came then went i had a problem with the ecu I got full cover with rac which were to take you home but no that was yesterday only got home today at 6.15 am thankfully 1st rescue recovery services Excellent now I have cancelled rac not happy with them

After 24 hours of the RAC not being able to recover our vehicle 1sr rescue and recovery stepped in and helped. The rac left our driver stranded for 24 hours and another recovery company failed to collect the vehicle as it wasn’t park straight. They were Richford motor services ltd

it was not recoverd they called me after 1 and half hour i change my tyre by my own

My car handbrake was stuck after leaving it parked for a few days in Manchester after driving in heavy rain. Asked for assistance at around 1.30am and someone came in an equipped van at around 3am. This person didn’t even check the car and just said he couldn’t do anything and that the car needed to be taken into a garage. He arranged pick up which only arrived as 7.45am. Chris, the driver, was lovely and managed to get us home safe. At the garage it only took a few minutes to take the wheels off and hit the discs for the wheels to start rolling again - this could have been done by the first person that RAC sent us and we could have driven home to then get it all fully cleaned and oiled as needed, instead of spending the whole night waiting.

Waited 5 hours but when assistant arrived he was very helpful explained everything and where he was taking my car

Arrived later than I was advised but this was due to the driver having to swap trucks as the original one had stopped working so not really their fault, it was also a Friday night so quite busy on the motorways. When the recovery driver arrived he offered excellent quick and friendly customer service. Would highly recommend using these guys.

My car got a flat Tyre at midnight just outside the Orient at the Trafford Centre. Called for assistance and was told the truck would be there in an hour but he showed up inside 40 minutes. The service tech was very professional and changed out the flat tyre to my spare in 20 minutes and I was back on the road to go home by 1 am. I would highly recommend.
