All 3 of the recovery drivers were very polite ,helpful and quick to respond, I am very happy and thankful that they went out of there way to help me push the car when needed and the advice and knowledge was appreciated. Thanks guys
Arrived slightly later than planned hence 4 stars instead of 5 but other than that the service was great. The guy that came out was really welcoming, reassuring and knew his stuff. Just what I wanted to see. He was efficient and took the car where it needed to go without any assistance from me.

RAC were absolutely terrible, but once 1st Rescue took over it couldn't have been simpler. Everyone I spoke to was great, reliable, and Steve somehow managed to navigate his truck around some of the sketchiest country roads I've seen. Great guy, great driver, great service

We were seen promptly by helpful staff. As soon as the deacision wether to fix or recover became the question the staff seemed to lose all communication with each other. I had to relentlessly hound them to get anywhere. It made an incredibly stressful situation a nightmare. We also managed to find alternative that would have saved us an entire day and saved thrm lots of money with unecessary recovery relays, no one seemed to want to do the smart thint resulting in us getting send in the complete opposite direction before going the correct direction. The entire journey ended up taking 16 hours or so. The final stint resulting in a rental vehichle at 1am that i had to comlete the journey myself and wait for the vehichle to be delivered the next day.

The call handler of Honda Assist who took my call after my car accident was a very uncooperative and blunt lady. It was 7 pm and she told me that I would have to wait at least until 9.20pm or longer for my car to be picked up by the recovery service. I asked that as it was getting dark and as a lady alone waiting on a road could it be done sooner. I also asked if I could be taken home either by the recovery service or by Honda Assist. I was told by Honda Assist car handler that she couldn't answer all that and I had to sort my journey out myself and it was not Honda Assist's responsibility. The recovery service call handler was very helpful and tried to find someone to pick my car sooner. The driver who picked up my car was very polite and helpful. I had to call a taxi at 10pm to go home.
The person on the phone was helpful and the rescue came within the hour. The mechanic was friendly and helpful and took me to the garage of my choice, Thanks to all concerned.
Absolutely disgusting and their attitude was appalling would never get recovered from these again after putting the phone down and having a baby with me and we couldn’t get home paid £150 to be recovered and they wanted another £180 to come out

From the time the recovery were contacted I could not fault the service. I was on a motorcycle on the M60 stranded. The recovery office contacted by text and advised of ETA. I was then contacted by phone to ensure I was aware and safe/ok. The driver was polite, courteous, and had my safety in mind. The bike was secured with my approval being sought at each location of the placing of the straps. Once secure, the driver made interesting conversation whilst on route to my home. In short, I was impressed at the whole experience. Well done and thanks to all.
