Okay, so I've been using their "free" account for a couple of years, now. Nice tool, easy to use etc. etc. It's free! Who can complain... until today, when I received an email telling me they are closing down all free accounts. What!? I was shocked and angry at first, until I actually read the email. As it turns out they were extremely apologetic, and took the time to explain somewhat, why they had to close the free accounts only. They gave me 30 days (plenty of notice) to restore my data or sign up to a special plan they are giving all free account users to pay only $15 per year for 1TB!! I thought the email they sent was very classy, and the plan offered cost so little. Sad to see my free account go (hence 4 stars) but okay about converting to a paid customer after they handled the situation so well.

Started as 100GB Free, then got an email that, the free service will stop, I used it for 3 years!!! I don’t understand why people are nagging and complaining, its FREE, they gave us free service!!, and now due to market changes , they are changing, I understand I own a business and its tough on everyone, and its just $15 for 1 TB a Year (cheaper than a Starbucks coffee and a sandwich !!!), its a great service, and they deserve to pay for the service and their innovation

Cierran cuentas que se suponían vitalicias despues de un año si no pagas. They close accounts that were assumed for life after one year if you do not pay.

I like the prices and the basic features.

Stupid software. After install this tool at my laptop, add data to backup , can't upload to Cold Storage. Why backup process not run??

I've been using Acronis True Image for years. But when Windows modified how OneDrive works, I've had nothing but issues since. Acronis has been totally unreliable and I've been on the phone with support for hours and hours trying to get it work right. So relieved now knowing I have a backup solution that I can count on. It has so little impact on my system, I don't even know it's running (I have backups turned on to every 15 minutes). Thanks Genie9 for offering a great product at a great price!

I am very happy, and very satisfied with this application. As for a first time user, Zoolz is working exactly as I hoped, and then some. The application is very straight forward, and the user interface is very clean, and uncluttered, which I really like, and appreciate. Unlike other similar applications I have tried, which are heavily cluttered with unnecessary information, which can be, under certain circumstances, very confusing, and annoying. With this application, I know where everything is at, which makes for a very pleasant, and easy back-up experience. Don

I have just upgraded my local backup application to Genie Timeline Professional 10. I’ve used this line of Genie local backups for several generations of the product, and my most recent upgrade went without the slightest hiccup. I use this product to continuously back up my Windows (64-bit) machine to a 5-Drive RAID array. Extremely pleased.

Zoolz is one of favorite online storage program that I am using , And I am also impress that their support team answer fast ~ , When I ask a question or a problem to solve they answer within 10 hours , I also like that there is online chat for customer, it is very helpful when I face with technical problem ~ I'll give 5 stars to zoolz online storage ~ , Hopefully it will keep up with nice service and good customer support for long time ~

Great customer service and fair pricing. Everything is backed up as needed, and I haven't had a problem yet.

Expensive and to much spams.

After reload of my PC I could not figure out how to reset my back up and restore some files. One email and it was sorted. After changing Disk letters to what they were before the reload Genie backup continued.
