I bought the Home lifetime plan but they don't inform clearly that you cannot setup backups using your instant Vault via desktop app. You can only bkp to Cold Storage, that takes till 5 HOURS to restore. I confess that it's very frustrating. The only way to use the instant Vault is by uploading files manually via web Browser. I created a free (5GB) account on BigMind (same company) and downloaded the desktop app to see how does it works... and Voalá, it's exactly the same app from zoolz. and it works to upload files to the Instant Vault (BigMind). So they have the solution, but they simply don't distribute the same app provided to BigMind to Zoolz users. Too bad guys, too bad...

I am always wary of "solutions" I do not know. WOW! was I surprised at how easy this is to use. I did have 2 questions though but received a super prompt and personal reply that answered everything + included a video link to further explain the solution. Super-duper in my opinion. You just do not see this high level of customer support any more. I am impressed!

Great personal support. With the help of the desktop client, only cold storage can be accessed. Mainly the cold storage part is useful.

I get this email: We would like to remind you that it has been more than 60 days since you have last performed a backup to BigMIND. If you fail to perform a backup, your account & data will be deleted off BigMIND within 30 days. What kind of backup company does this.
