No client for Linux based systems. The GUI is not so user friendly, no shared link or public locations. No idea regarding how reliable is to store secure data.

On windows, the Zoolz app dashboard window has "always on top" activated with no way to change it, so it keeps popping up when I am trying to use a different program, including watching a full screen video. Closing it will remove it for a few seconds but I have to kill it via the task manager so I can work uninterrupted.

Works well and fast and the Access to my Cloud-Data is very fast. If i have a question i go to Online-Chat and get instantly an answer.

They are so shady. You buy 1TB of space but they limit how many computers you can back up in that space. In my case, it was just 1) In my case I had a computer backed up on there, bought a new computer and then couldn't back it up even thought I had 99% of my space remaining. So frustrating.

My Zoolz account was allowed to lapse (I wasn't notified) and when I tried to renew it took me to the wrong Zoolz site and didn't update my account after I had paid. Ariel in support was magnificent and fixed it for me but for business critical cloud backup this needs to be seamless and we shouldn't need manual intervention to make it work. I have no issue with the zoolz backup service which is easy and seamless to use - the renewal needs fixing

I've used Zoolz since it began and have always been pleased with it. Customer service and tech support have both been most helpful, whenever I've had to get in touch. Zoolz and the Genie9 software apps are excellent.

It's a great configure-and-forget product. Downloading backed up files is really easy too. I also had to get the support to help me recently and they were brilliant - super efficient. My only nag is that it keeps prompting you to upgrade when you are low on space and there doesn't seem to be a way to tell it to stop doing that (I guess it's the business model). It confuses and worries the less IT savvy in the family when the prompts come up (the prompt appears for both admin and non-admin users).
