I have been using this backup solution for 5 years. Just purchased another lifetime subscription for my wife computer. Very good "set and forget" solution for my pictures. You need multiple backups and this is one of them as last resort if your hard drive crash. 5 stars - solid solution, quick support.

works ok as a scheduled back up into cold storage. the files in the "hot" vault area are easy to drag and drop in.....but you nedd to do that every bl...y day ! great waste of time

I have a free account. I could not log in with Google account. The support team is fantastic. They reset the user name and password. I was able to login and the data is safe. Superb support.

I am a zoolz user for more than 18months and since then i was expecting that the zoolz team will add option in their desktop client app to upload files to instant vault. I personally requested for this feature and they replied that it will be considered in the future. Even after 18 months there is no such feature and even now when i contacted them the reply was that only webconsole can be used to upload files to instant vault. My instant vault storage is 1TB and they want me to upload this much data through webconsole. This itself clearly conveys a message that they are discouraging users to upload data to the instant vault. Also I thought of transferring my files to instant vault from cold storage and tried it and its not possible to do so. So its useless to have 1 TB instant vault as here the internet is not so fast to upload files one time with webconsole. CONSIDERING THE ABOVE , PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS STILL AN OPTION TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND GET A REFUND.

This is my ticket #ZlzSup00215719. This is one of the worse experience I have ever had in response time. Seriously, this should not take that long. Nov 25: I put a ticket in regarding my issue. I get an email back to re-install the installation file. I did it but didn't work. I responded as such. Nov 27: Finally get a response 2 days later asking me to restart my computer. I did that but no change. I responded as such. Nov 28: Takes another day to hear back from you asking to schedule a remote session during the time frame of Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm UTC. I replied asking what time that is in Pacific Time Zone. Nov 29: Takes another day for you to reply with the time conversion that the time you are open is Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm - 6:00 am PST. I responded with the time I am available and asking what I need to do? No response Nov 30: I respond again with the time I am available and asking what I need to do? No response Dec 1: I respond again with the time I am available and asking what I need to do? No response. SERIOUSLY WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Your available hours of SUNDAY - THURSDAY, 11PM - 6AM (PST) is the WORSE for ANY customers in the United States as that is the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT when we are sleeping. You guys are powered by Amazon. As big as you are YOU SERIOUSLY HAVE TO HAVE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS AVAILABLE. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE A WHOLE DAY JUST TO GET A REPLY. Forget the great price, its the brilliant service that's inspired me to write this! Genie backup manager pro, like virtually all the other backup programs, has a problem backing up a Onedrive folder. However after trying a few suggestions from Robin Scott he told me to try out their Genie Timeline Product. Bingo, it worked and is keeping everything up to date. Many, many thanks to both Robin and Genie. Genie you need to give Robin a pay rise!
