Have used them a few times and think its a good website, good price and good service. This last time Post-Brexit has been a hassle but can't fault them for the issues that arose.

Delivery to Ireland, shipped coffee which has no VAT or Duty payable, but DHL decided they would make a charge and take no notice of Irish Government. Unable to contact DHL direct as not 'their' customer, but a Worldwide Parcel Services customer. Contacted World Wide Parcels, they just said 'we do not get involved with customs' They have just lost me, and we shipped 10 parcels a week with them!!

The parcel was sent a while ago, maybe 3-4 weeks. The person I sent it to was repeatedly told he would have it the next day, even called them himself and they still said the same thing. He still doesn't have the parcel now.

The collection was very good from our home but our daughter had to pay another £35 before it would be delivered in Majorca. Very unlikely to use again.

Great service at a competitive price

Recently sent a parcel from the UK to Switzerland and found the service to be very good and excellent value for money. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it was quite a time-consuming process to categorise, detail and weigh each item in the package, as was required.

Ran smoothly and shipment arrived quickly. Despite having booked and paid for the delivery, being the recipient and all contact details being mine, the international courier side would not give me information simply because I was not the sender, which was frustrating.

I was recommended by a friend who had used this parcel service . Price was very competitive, and I was surprised how quickly my parcel arrived at its destination . I will definitely be using again

Everything went well with my parcel shipping until it reached customs in Australia. The valuation added was incorrect by £5,000 so there were issues clearing the parcel that only contained clothes & toys for my grandsons. I had to provide a full itemised list before they would clear the parcel.

Used a few times now, to send to Saudi. Great service, reliable.

Booking was easy, service excellent, was sending a parcel to family in Australia, arrived in time specified, fasted service I’ve used.

It’s impossible to leave a review with no stars but believe me - I would if I could! I begrudge that minimal single star I must leave in order to post this text might, in any way, give the option I have been even minimally pleased with the “service” we have received. Why the quotes you might ask? Well the service I purchased was to collect a Parcel from me and deliver it to an address in Latvia... however they never attempted to deliver, did not contact me during the process to ask for any further information nor have they brought the Parcel back to me... conveniently they will not provide me with details of how to make a claim against the insurance either! They have confirmed that they will charge me again in order to bring it back to me and would charge again on top of that to take it back to Latvia should I require redelivery (ironic terminology considering they made no attempt to deliver, the Parcel never left the hub that end) I suspect I should have used quotes there too! By my experience I absolutely would not recommend this company and I will never use them again. In response to their reply below, nobody contacted me after the Parcel was collected to ask for further details. If they had contacted me and asked for anything then I could have provided it.
