My parcel was birthday gifts for my granddaughter in Spain, the first I’ve sent since Brexit & I have to say all the forms etc were a real nuisance ( it will be easier next time)!. However my parcel was collected at the stated time & delivers in Spain in less than a week , my granddaughter was thrilled & I was impressed with the excellent service & the competitive price ( less than Royal Mail & quicker ) . Excellent service for using DHL express ... Sent parcels to philippines and Germany philippines took from collection to delivery 6 working days Germany due to brexit 14 days!!paperwork is so pathetic for Europe , they need to take a look at asia how to do it effectively!!!

Very good service , efficient with excellent guidance post Brexit which is not easy for any transport company or anyone sending boxes to Europe this year in a pandemic. Box got there when they said it would with great communication the whole way!!! The recipient was impressed too.
I have used WPS on several occasions in the past few years. They are always efficient and reliable. In fact it is easier for example to arrange a DHL consignment with them than going direct, assuming one does not already have a business account with DHL. I have no hesitation in recommending WPS. I shipped from France to the UK.
