Took 3 weeks to get a parcel from UK to France. They placed through DHL who requested the RECIPIENT to confirm the contents of the parcel (depiste the sender having done this when ordering). These were about 40 items of general household use following a rental. How is the recipient expected to know every item?? It was then held by DHL customs - and I explained that I had substituted two or three items (minor, eg two wine glasses, small pack of coffee......). I eventually got back to France myself, before delivery and re-itemised everything. I had to deal with DHL France direct as WWP did not want to know - even though my contract was with THEM to deliver, NOT DHL . Dealing with DHL France involved dialling a premium rate number - wonderful. Eventually the parcels were delivered, but really shocking service.
We booked the pick, it was collected at the time it was supposed to, we were confronted with a friendly face and tyhe delivery was on time and no complain from destination. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Was in an urgent need to send important documents to India as quickly as possible. Booked the service at 10:30am a couple of hours later documents were picked up and arrived safely in India less than 48 hours from when I booked. really impressed with the service and will definitely be using again. highly recommended.
I ordered a package, they say they have the package, its been 24h, i have yet to recieve my parcel. Growing impatient. This is not acceptable.
Excellent service! Super fast delivery. I sent a large piece of artwork to the United Arab Emirates and it arrived well within the specified time and i perfect condition. There was a little bit of confusion about paperwork after it had been delivered, but that was easily cleared up. I will definitely use WPS again.

This was the first courier home collection I've experienced and I was very impressed. The instructions for the preparation of the parcel prior to collection were very straightforward and easy to follow. I received an email to tell me the collection window and the pickup was right at the start of it. The courier was very pleasant and handled my parcel with care. I received word from the recipient of the parcel to tell me it had arrived safely and in very good time. What more could I ask for? Nothing, well done.

We used WPS twice so far and they met our expectation. As it was my 1st experience and I needed some assistance on the initial shipment. My queries were responded promptly and solved the issue. Delivery was on time as scheduled. The cost for the cover seem rather high otherwise the total cost for transport service would be excellent too.
