I been use worldwide parcel few years, it was good and fast, it was took about 5 working days, and now it need 18 days or more. In your website have to fill in many details (e.g. items name/ weight /amount for each item) but when the parcel arrived at customs of the receiving country, the will asking for paper customs declaration, but you didn't give customers this papers to print it out. I been asking you customer service , they said you did asking customer all the details on line when we booking , so didn't need to print, and also you couldn't give me any paper works for me. So I have to fix it by myself with local DHL. I have to say it's really unhappy and not helpful customer service.

I paid for express shipping from UK>Australia but they driver did not collect on my nominated day and therefore, the parcel did not reach it's destination by the time I needed it to. I raised this issue with customer service but they were not helpful. Will not use Worldwide Parcel Services again.

The service was very quick and the parcel arrived on time with no damage. I do feel that you should advise customers, in large bold type, of the actual cost of the import taxes. I was very surprised and embarrassed when my niece phoned to say she had to pay £40 euros for a present that was a surprise for her ☹️ All the best Sue x

Forget most of the negative reviews. They come from people who have no idea how to ship a parcel and have no knowledge about customs and there is now something called Brexit! I shipped twice with this company, from UK to Italy, 4 big boxes of stuff each ship. If you ask them questions they will respond and provide advises and tips. Obviously they can't be responsible of the customs expenses, those don't regard them, but you. Brexit means brexit, you know that? As breakfast means breakfast! And be aware, the customs is not just the 20% of the value you declare plus a disbursement fee, there is also a factor that depends on the volumetric weight. You need to get information and know what you are doing before shipping. 5 stars to this company!

In 40 years using parcel delivery services, this is by far the worst one we have used. Once we had paid, they made all the errors imaginable (and unimaginable!) and the parcel was never delivered. After streams of emails and calls, they eventually refunded the money, but no one should have to go through the mess they made. They are unprofessional and disagreeable. For your parcel's safety - and your own sanity - avoid this company.

Absolutely DIABOLICAL! Rudest customer services I have ever experienced, sent a package via DHL and it has been stuck in customs for 2 months with no updates to the tracking. DHL won't speak to me as I am not their customers and WPS just tell me there is nothing they will do as they "Do not get involved" in customs. Even though I paid them to deliver my parcel. Also, the staff are the rudest, grumpiest old dogs you'll ever have the displeasure of encountering. One woman in particular acts as if you are causing such an inconvenience to her life when you call and ask for help. Diabolical. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This was a brilliant service. I sent quite a big box to Norway. The price was very reasonable and it was there within a week. Collected from my home address and delivered to the consignees address. Who also received a text with a delivery time slot. A very good service.

No telephone number to call anyone and they take days to reply to an email so my parcel got shipped back so cost me another £100 for it to be returned to me in the Uk! Absolute joke of a company. All because I didn’t give them a Spanish number but they took 3 days to reply .. will never use again

Good Service. I struggled endlessly to get in touch with someone over the weekend to confirm packaging. I suggest you know what is allowed before you are stuck trying to get confirmation over a weekend, with limited manned emails and nobody you can call. The pickup was great and the documents were delivered to South Africa.

This was my second use of Worldwide Parcel Services to send documents to USA. The service was very smooth and delivery was completed in 3 days from pick up using their DHL service. Much better than other services I have used.

The service was adequate. The important thing is that a parcel collected in Scotland was delivered in Australia two weeks later at a cost of something over £90 for about 8kg. The parcel spent its first week shuttling about the UK. When I enquired about the claim that delivery would be within "3-4 days", I was told that this did not include the day of collection or Saturdays & Sundays - so a week really. In the event, it took twice this but I guess one has to make allowance for a lower number of flights available during the pandemic, although this hardly explains two visits to Leeds-Bradford interspersed with one to Heathrow! The tracking is not particularly informative. I guess it depends on someone entering data into a terminal. If you believe the data, the parcel sits for very lengthy periods in very odd places being repeatedly examined by customs. Improbable! Nevertheless, the price was OK and the delivery was eventually successfully made. I'd use them again, and probably will, but be more realistic in my expectations. next time.
