Pickup was good, fast delivery and all with no Hassel.

Parcel was collected and delivered with no problems. It took a little bit longer than the quote but I had allowed for that and was still only five days - I think that is pretty good for UK to Sydney. Was tracked all the way. Will use again as I send parcels to my grandchildren and like the quick reliable service. Thanks

I will never use in future very poor customer service, waiting a week to refund my money back.Yes is true I book on 16 June and the refund was made on 21 June after I contacted PayPal for refund. I was trying to reach you by your customer phone line without success no one were to answer .And where did you read in my review about 8 July??Thank you.The review were made on 8 July because you send me a link for review on 7 July is easy to understand now way the review were made on 8 July???

I have used Worldwide Parcel Services Ltd. several times and have faith in them to deliver safely and promptly. The collect when they say and deliver really very quickly to Canada. Very pleased. Highly recommended

Great service and good price

Very good service I sent a parcel to my daughter in cambodia and she received it promptly safe and sound with no problems.

We shipped around 40 vynyl LP's to New Zealand. The parcel was collected on Tuesday and arrived at the correct address in Frankland County, Auckland on their Friday. A brilliant service and great value for money. The service was even better than the last boxes we shipped!

Excellent customer service from the team, very accommodating. Long and very complicated contents package list process, best to combine similar items like gents/ ladies clothing and don’t over price items, remember they are pre used. Every penny you add to the value means you pay taxes at the other end.

Great price , just unfortunate ended up using DHL who tried to levy a £100 customs surcharge. When challenged in Norway, customs duty agreed was mistake

This is the best parcel service ever! Our parcels get to Australia in three days. A previous company were useless. The Christmas parcel to family took five weeks and that was to get back to me! It never made it to Australia. I am so glad we found WPS.😀

My parcel made it to Spain then got stuck in customs and has been returned to UK. Not a good service for me!
