I used WPS to ship the return of an item from my home in the UK to a company in Germany. Tracking all worked well, collection was on time, no problem recommending this company to others who are looking for a similar service!

Shipped a large (20 Kilo) parcel to South Africa - 4 days from order to delivery. Fantastic service and by far the cheapest quote I could find. Receiving person needed to pay tax which was not clear when I booked - but was a reasonable amount and I reimbursed family member who gift was for. All in all - very good - and i will use again

Our daughter lives in Adelaide and we have been sending her parcels for a few years now, none without some kind of problem! This is the first time we have used WPS and I have to say the service was perfect. The parcel was collected on time and delivered in exactly 1 week. It arrived exactly as we sent it, not bashed or opened as with previous couriers! The tracking system was very reassuring with regular updates and confirmation of customs clearance, which is always a worry with so many restrictions. I highly recommend this company and will never use another for this service. The price was great too.

This is the second time I’ve used WPS and I won’t be looking anywhere else in the future as everything about WPS is perfect. The phone lines have very limited opening hours but they are exceptionally quick to answer emails. Nothing is too much bother, their instructions are clear and the service I had from Teresa was exceptional, she is a true credit to an already great company. Thanks so much.

Great Service got important parcel to Spain where the Royal Mail Service and Corres in Spain took three weeks to get to Spain then its was sent back home by mistake will be using this service again Royal mail need to get theit act together

Only certain days available to contact via phone but email responses was quicker than I thought. Also do remember if you are sending a parcel to Spain put a Spanish phone number otherwise the Customs sends it back to UK and refuse t call UK mobiles. It wasn't clear on the website and just happened to find the info by accident as I had to make a call to Worldwide Parcel and got told then. Please be aware that there is also a Customs Taxes now as UK is not in the EU.

Everything was fine except they fail to mention the additional fees that will be extorted from the addressee by the the courier you select. I sent my daughter a couple of items, I had to find the correct export codes and the taxes imposed were £3 but the handling fee by DHL was nearly £15 and they did absolutely nothing. It might be unfair to review this middleman website badly BUT HOPEFULLY THEY WILL NOTIFY THEIR USERS OF THE CARRIERS THIEVING HIDDEN CHARGES. Richard your reply is both untrue and unhelpful, there is no popup box, there is a more info button which is a 404 page missing. I was relatively happy with your company before your excellent customer service skills utterly failed to address anything. What you should be doing is adding the courier's fixed customs clearance charges to the payment information. It would not be hard - instead you expect people flounder around following blind links. You clearly haven't been trained very well - here let me rewrite your reply for you. "Hi Paul We appreciate that it is very difficult to get accurate information on customs charges from browsing the internet. We do try to alert you to this with a popup but we do appreciate that the information is very generic. Your suggestion that the carriers fixed fees could be added to the price information sounds useful and I will pass this along to see if it can be done. In the meantime we hope you will continue to use our service and understand that we are not responsible for the hidden charges. regards Richard. And in the mean time Richard I hope you appreciate that your smug flippant reply "a popup with a link to a generic page with no detailed information" does very little to encourage anybody to use your service.

this was my first parcel sent via yourselves since brexit ,after sending dozens of previous pre brexit parcels through yourselves with no issues. however ,this one has been nothing short of an unmitigated disaster from start till today. my parcel was collected from my house on 21st july 2021 and was supposed to be delivered to my friends house in romania ( neither of us are businesses,only private individuals) within 4-5 working days ,well here i am 10 working days later ( 4th august 2021) and still my parcel has not been delivered. my parcel is caught up in EORI CODE red tape at romanian customs since 27th july and nobody has been able to assist in getting my parcel through timisoara customs to my friend. your agent told me firstly,that we DID NOT REQUIRE A EORI CODE ,as we were not a business but private individuals but then it turns out we do need a code ,so i gave my friend your code GB892847859000 to see if that would resolve the problem...no it didn't. now,romanian customs are demanding my friend gets a GERMAN EORI CODE (she is a german by birth but has lived for over 30 years as a naturallised romanian but when i have asked both yourselves and DHL who collected my parcel ,how we can apply for a german code or where to apply for a german code ,nobody wants to help.....meantime my parcel is still sitting in a customs warehouse in timisoara undelivered. this is not a level of customer care i expect from WORLDWIDE PARCEL SERVICES ,after many years of unhindered deliveries and on this occasion, i am demanding a full refund of my costs for this delivery ,as it still has not been fullfilled as of today.

Your service is so superb, so fast, on time collection from home, clear concise form filling and the fastest arrival time of any other postal service. Everyone who needs to send parcels/documents should only use this system and amazingly it is the cheapest. So, no research needed, this is the service for you.
