Collected & delivered as expected. Only 1 week door-to-door UK to South Africa.

Sent parcel to germany paid for 3-5 days but because of customs took 2 weeks then received customs notice 5 days later, no problem with service just be careful and extend your expected delivery date

Excellent service, very cheap and very very easy to send parcel

Wps use dhl as delivery agent, i used wps to send parcel to spain, the custom services wps use tried to charge inflated rates and recipient refused to pay, i contacted dhl direct and was told if i booked direct with them they could resolve issue as i was the sender,BUT as i used a 3rd party wps they were the sender and dhl couldn't help,WPS answer to me was , we have requested details from dhl they might get back to us or they may not that's all we can do, when i asked for refund as parcel got returned because of false custom charges in spain they said NO REFUND,thats it..now my contract was with wps and they had my money so thats it,end of. I SAY DONT USE THEIR SERVICE as their aftercare is limited to near zero, go direct to a sender,going through a 3rd party i have found too late is a false economy

It was easy to post my parcel but was unable to get it delivered. This was due to medical certificate local taxes which were more them the parcel so I had the parcel returned to me. I was told this was due to brexit.
