Terrible service when requesting samples - paid £14 for 8 samples (including postage) and I had to chase them up to even send it! Still waiting for my samples (6 days later). Gone are the days when samples would arrive next day - I always thought samples was a way to get a sale - but this company is obviously not bothered.
I was looking for a nice and elegant wallpaper, I could not find any ware beautiful wallpaper but at your Company!! you guy have a lot's of variety and on the top of all it was made in England! I love it!! I was told that I will get my order within two weeks, but I got it in one week. I was soooo exited. I would definitely recommend to people to buy it from you.. No regrets!
Great range of designs to choose from. I misjudged my last order and needed an extra roll and after asking the question was lucky enough to get this from the same batch as my original order. Amazing customer service, they definitely went above and beyond, very impressed! Would highly recommend
Very poor quality wallpaper sold at over £10 per roll, ordered 2 rolls, was sent 4 in 2 lots and charged over £44 in the process. They have accepted I do not send or agree to pay for the 2nd shipment and it appears I will now be refunded for them. The wallpaper was so thin that it tore very easily when damp, the pattern on the surface came off the front when damp. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sold wallpaper that they do not have in stock. Waited a week and they didn't bother to tell me until I chased up why it hadn't arrived. Could easily have ordered elsewhere and have the wallpaper on the walls by now. Wasted my time and had my money for a week before refunding it. Nice little interest earner if they do that to many people. Should be illegal to sell products you don't have.
Very fast with shipping. The prints are beautiful however I did think that the tongue and groove wood effect was textured. 3D effect just means that it looks like it is textured. The pearl white is a lot more of a cool Grey than the pictures let on as well, but overall the quality seems good. Have not hung on the wall yet

Ordered some wallpaper for my dining room. Delivered within a few days. Quality very good. Once you have your measurements they will calculate the amount of wallpaper you need. Very happy.
Worth noting that samples come folded into 4, making it harder to see the way they'd look as effectively. I enquired about having rolled samples, and was simply told they do not roll them.
After looking for wallpaper at local stores and appalled at the prices and the designs I took a gamble and searched on line. The wallpaper was cheaper and there was a lot more choice. We run out of one roll of wallpaper and panicked thinking we would not get the same serial number, glad to say it arrived this morning. Will be using this web site again and thank you for 15% discount on future purchases.
Pissed off! I ordered wallpaper Friday for next day delivery, expected it Monday or Tuesday the latest because I have someone coming in to fit it. Its Wednesday and it's still not here!!! It's such an inconvenience and the people had no idea how to deal with the delivery situation. Looking at the reviews people have the same issue and I'm confused because other companies don't have this problem, I really feel like they should sort this out for their business, because it's turned me away from ever using them again or recommending them to anyone
The quality of the wallpaper I ordered was top quality and a beautiful design and exceeded my expectations! In addition, the customer service was outstanding as I needed to order extra rolls and receive the order in a short timeframe from UK to Australia. I was amazed how quickly my order was received and how efficiently my request rolls for extra was fulfilled. As a highly satisfied customer from Australia, I would definitely recommend this company.
Having had my wallpaper yet your delivery company let you down. Was planning to do it at the weekend and evri had it out for delivery and never arrived.
I was so excited about getting this wallpaper, but it is a week late and I am still not clear when we will get it. I bought it through B and Q where World of Wallpaper are the seller. Royal Mail keep saying they have attempted delivery when they clearly haven't and we have been at home, looking out of the window all morning for the delivery. I have contacted Karen at World of Wallpaper many times this week but they say it's in the hands of Royal Mail and they can't tell me when we will get it. We need this wallpaper to complete our hosue renovation and it is causing us extra expense and stress keepng our builders and decorator hanging around. Plus the worry of having paid money for goods that we have not received, and have no assurances on when they might arrive. Please help World of Wallpaper, I am so worried by this experience and saddened that we have not received the goods we ordered from you.

World of Wallpaper, fantastic fast delivery. Exceptional quality wallpaper of their exclusive wallpapers (Azzurra Leaf in Sage). My husband had been decorating for 34 years and he said this has been the best wallpaper ever to use, so that’s high praise indeed.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!! Ordered a sample 2 weeks ago, paid for it, not received, chased it up and was told I had nt put my house number in the request. Rather than e-mailing me to ask me what house number was it just sat there until I chased it and they asked me to pay again for the. sample to be sent!! If you had checked billing info, which was almost identical to shipping info except the latter is missing, a 1, a 2 year old could of worked out, that that must be the complete address!! You have offered to send a sample but you want me to pay another £2.49!? If you did nt send the first one out because you could nt work out my house number, why are you asking for more postage!?!
Where to start I have just had the best customer service from this company they went over and above to help me get what I needed and dispatched it the same day they were friendly helpful kind and sympathetic to my problem I couldn't have asked for more thank you so much for helping me out and for being human
Where do I start with this. They can't even send out the correct samples let alone trust them to order the actual rolls from. I have asked speak to a manager but they told me on annual leave. Wouldn't trust ordering from these guys
