Easy to order , quality wallpaper
Awful experience with this company!! I have placed an order and chose Two Day Delivery, but until now my parcel hasn't arrived! It has been more than a week. They also put the wrong house name on my delivery and didn't even bother to correct it. I emailed them so many times with only 1 response giving me the tracking number. I have explained this yet no one seems to care on this company! It is a shame as we really like the designs, but we won't be using this company anymore for any of our new builds and renovation project. Awful customer service!
Reading the Reviews I feel like I was dealing with a totally different company... I wasn't! Fantastic selection. I ordered a lot of wallpaper samples from World of Wallpaper - the first selection arrived in 1 day....excellent. This is where my good experience ends. I tried to call to speak to someone on the phone number shown on the website....which is completely pointless..... Their answer machine stated that they don't answer the phone lines any more "as all our staff now work from home, please email".....no email address on the answer machine so you have to look it up and no idea how long you will be waiting for a reply. I completed the message box and then had to complete a captcha (to prove I am not a robot!), which for someone with an astigmatism is almost impossible (I tried 10 times). I explained this in my message. When "Karen" replied....I got no title at the beginning of her reply and no apology for the time spent/inconvenience. I asked whether 2 different samples could be sent urgently as they were needed to choose from, as part of an insurance claim and needed quickly for the work to be done at the home of my 82 year old parents and the work was pending. The second swatches didn't arrive for A WEEK and I was sent 2 of the same not 2 different ones. as I'd requested. I would not have dealt with them any further but when the Builders said they would order the wallpaper they used World of Wallpaper. The wallpaper was ordered on the Friday and it stated Monday delivery. When it hadn't arrived by the Tuesday the builders called and were told there had been a sudden order increase and so there wasn't enough in stock!......so why did they agree to send as there was availability at that point!? The builders were not happy and when I was told I wasn't surprised. I would strongly advise people to not use World of Wallpaper after my experience as their Customer Services and supply are both sadly lacking.
I bought the dimensions woodland creatures paper for a feature wall in my spare room, it looks amazing and so classy I love love love it

They delete reviews. The wallpaper they sent was awful, totally different to how it looked online and I had to pay to send it back. Then when I left a review they had it removed. Avoid this company!

Avoid at all costs ordered in a Saturday be told after chasing your order is being dispatched today three working days after the order was placed, to then receive another email to say my order cannot be fulfilled due to mixed batches! But if I can wait a few more weeks! Complete and utter joke I only wanted two rolls and it’s took them 5 days to tell me they can’t send me. Avoid avoid avoid Update , reply from this place asking for my order no even though id provided on the original review 000692958 here again as they seem unable to read Then a few minutes later they sent me this below , the absolute audacity of this keyboard warrior sending a paying customer a response like this. ! Now listen to this you provide crap service you get crap reviews! “Also, we notice that out of your 31 Trustpilot reviews, 27 of them are negative. We are sorry to see that you consistently seem to be having awful experiences”
Awful company. Their wallpaper is nothing like it looks online. I now have to return it at my own cost. Two rolls of wallpaper will be expensive to send back when it is being returned due to their false advertising. Generic customer service responses too.
